No respect for people who might be allergic to dogs. Dogs don't belong in an att store anyway it a professional place of business or at least it used to be. Secondly I walked in everyone was busy so I waited for 15 minutes. A couple walked right in and towards the back to the kiosk and when an employee finally became available they ignore me and went to help the couple at the kiosk. This is not good customer service. I won't even talk about the issues I have with att itself because that's even worse but hoping to get some local help well I guess not. Their local customer service needs a lot of work and don't use your store as a doggy daycare.

It's an Apple Store, so for the most part you know what to expect, but every once and awhile they have some fun non-Apple branded accessories. The value of Apple products is arguably poor in some instances, but I think the products are superior to many other brands you can buy, especially when it comes to laptops. The only downside of this store is that there can often be a wait to checkout or get service. I would highly recommend an appointment if you know you'll need service or if you're making a large purchase with lots of questions. There was one instance here where an employee argued with me whether a product existed or not, surprise... I was right! Other than that all of the employees have been great here.
