I loaned some 12" kicker subwoofers and the box was in perfect condition. No tears, no holes, nothing. Soon as I getting them out, one of the employees drops my speaker cause it was too heavy for her on the counter. Now I have a big hole on my speaker, I'm missing a screw from my speaker, and the material is starting to come off the box. Worst customer service ever! No one says welcome when you walk in either. One employee (young kid) even tried to open up his speaker by unscrewing the screws and then pushing his hand down on the speaker. read more

If there was a minus star that's what I would have given them. I fell in love with a ring there and decided to trade some jewlery in to trade for it. I have never pawned anything so I was new at it and unfortunately trusted that they would give me at least a fair price with gold prices. As they weighed the gold it was a fair price but when I asked them about the large diamonds they said "oh we only pay on weight not diamond or gem stones quality" and I happen to know those were very high quality diamonds .. So I said that's fine I'll take the diamonds out .. They said oh no you can't do that.. Anyways I learned my lesson when I went to the super pawn in Reno with my Dad to sell his gold ring with tiny diamonds and he got allot for those.. And she told me I had been ripped off.. Great place, great staff. I have been in a pinch due to disability not putting me for the last month. I have gone in twice in the last couple days to pawn some of my Blu Ray movies just to get me through until my girlfriend gets paid and my disability gets straitened out. They were more than happy to help me. With how stressed I've been due to not getting paid, it was nice to be about to relieve some of that and they did it with a smile. Not sure what SUPERPAWN the people were talking bad things about, but its NOT SuperPawn on Hwy 50 in Carson.I have been in many pawn shops buying and selling items. Let me tell you this store has the BEST customer service and caring employees and managers then any kind of store I have been into in a long time. As everyone knows finding a place where you get even a person who is willing to help you and cares about there job is very rare. This SUPERPAWN.not only do you as soon as you open the door store not matter how busy they are any one working in the store you will greet you and let you know they will be right there to help you. That's before the door closes behind you. As I observe in the store every customer is treated with respect and kindness. I'm sure the way the economy and the high unemployment rate there are people coming in for the first time to sell things for money. I know my first time I felt so embarrassed. I noticed and over heard how caring and understanding the staff was to each person. I over heard a couple times people needing more money than they were quoted for their items ( I felt bad for them) then I heard let me see if I can get you little more. Wow how often do you ever hear that. Then seeing people leaving with smiles as the person that helped them is thanking them by name. I did find something in the jewelry case the assistant manager came to help me . I have a weird ear and she found the perfect earrings me. She told me the price and I wasn't sure because I did come in looking for something else. Then the manager came over he said he would sell them to me for alot less. Maybe my ear did need covering! I found a rare store in this SuperPawn. The respect,the kindness and caring of everyone that day was so great to have seen let alone myself being touched by.
