Staff was super helpful. My Husband forgot his favorite sunglasses while we were on vacation. We stopped in and he found the exact pair color and lenses he wanted the gentleman helping out found exactly what we were looking for. A clean, well-lit (maybe a little too well-lit) store with a friendly, helpful staff. I went in expecting to look around for some glasses that would suit me, but these guys went into high gear, offering me ideas for glasses faster than I could try them all on. Visited this outlet with my boyfriend who was looking for ballistic grade glasses. There were 3 young men at the register, no one greeted us, nor asked if we needed help or if we were looking for anything in particular. We wandered the store and ended up about 5 feet away from the kids, who still paid no attention to us and one talked loudly about some girl he was staying in a hotel room with. Reeaaalll classy. We left without any help or purchasing anything. The store was entirely empty as well. We'd much rather shop online than beg for help and interrupt their gossip. read more

The Oakley Vault- This is a wonderful location and a great stop to check out everything Oakley. I have been a huge fan of this brand for many many years, and more to come and have always stood behind their products but like most companies they have their upsides and their downsides. Here is my opinion on both of them and more about what i think of this store and the brand. From the first time i walked in i was in awe, i was greeted by a nice guy and well i was then stared at by another employee who didnt say anything just looked at me, kinda awkward but overall it did not phase me. But when walking around and looking at things the store is laid out well, the clearances items are located in the back, yes they do have some great deals. do not let the front prices scare you from a great thing. When i was browsing around i noticed some goods and some bads, some of those now when it came to the sunglasses i was looking at they were on clearance and well they were being handled by some kids whom were stretching the frames and well if they were being bought by me, i wouldve not bought them. Why because if there is kids not being watched from their parents and well they might have broken or weaken the products. I ended up just turning around and walking away, from the area and checked out the other items. I ended up just not buying anything only cause the employees were just chit chatting around an not paying attention about items being tampered with. I just hope that whom ever is in charge can make some changes mostly for the good, but if not well i am not sure how much longer i might be shopping here. I love the brand but the store needs some much improvements and the employees need to be doing something other then just worrying about their own conversations and be more engaged about whats happening around the store. read more

Customer service is awesome here. The staff went out of their way to try to help me "customize" a pair of Oakleys that are not currently available as customizable at this time. I love having an Oakley location close by now. Paying attention to sales opportunities is helpful as the prices tend to remain fairly constant at Oakley locations. If you need shades or are a huge Oakley fan like myself make sure you come in and check this place out! read more

The Oakley Vault is located in the legends outlets. If you walk out the back door of scheels you veer to the right, a NB d it is on the left side. If you need a pair of sunglasses glasses, this is the place to come. They also have a huge selection of hats, shirts, hoodies, and shorts. I bought some sunglasses for biking, originally over two hundred, marked down to one forty, and then marked down to seventy dollars. If you look you can find deals. They are not cheap, but the last and there is protection on your eyes is excellent. read more

So glad that Oakley now has a Vault in Sparks! This is by far my favorite store to shop at for clothes and bags. Oakley is known for their sunglasses and what many people don't know is they make amazing backpacks & Bags and clothes. The best part about the vault is that is all discounted and more affordable then the the Oakley O store. Anywhere from shorts, jackets, to pants and snow gear. I've been several times to this locations and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Oakley is such an iconic brand and i've been buying there stuff for years so its cool to talk with the staff about new designs and the old. I do miss the AP line of luggage. They said this location is a pop up store to see how well it will do in Sparks. So if you haven't checked them out stop by! Hopefully they stay and get an even bigger store! read more

My son broke his glasses and they were not covered by warranty so he ended up buying a new pair. They are pretty pricey but they gave him a trade in deduction amount so that was a nice discount to the new pair. The staff was very helpful and friendly. read more

Waited outside even though there were only four customers and a few employees inside. Then an employee came to the door and told us ALL of the employees were going on a 15 minute break so we would be waiting even longer. The store is only open like 6 hours per day. You would think they could stagger the breaks and service the customers. We left. read more

Oakley vault is one of my favorite brand name stores. I love the products and styles they have. This store is located in the outlet store between the water fountain and the theater. The store is spacious, organized, and clean. Every item has there location. The women's clothing is a smaller section in the back. The register is located in the middle of the store. They do have dressing rooms to try clothing on! The staff were very nice and welcomed each person in a he store. They ask people if they needed help and were available if needed. Each time I go in there is always a sale going on! The prices are great compared to other Oakley stores. Some prices are even better then regular apparel stores. I have purchased quit a few of their shirts and the quality of the material lasts me years! read more

I didn't even know this place was here. Wasn't looking for sunglasses, however, it was Christmas time and my hard to shop for man could use a new pair. A very helpful and knowledgeable sales associate started helping me. You see here at Oakley you can create your very own one of a kind pair. Everything from frames, ear pieces, colors, and lenses can be completely customized. My sales associate grabbed an iPad and started changing everything to my choices. He even looked at a picture of my boyfriend in his old glasses and was able to tell me the exact frames he likes. Brilliant!!! Even better if my boyfriend didn't like anything about what I chose he could go back and change anything or everything. I loved my experience and my boyfriend loved his glasses!! read more
