I lack a nose bridge and so sunglasses tend to rest on my cheeks. I decided that I spent too much to have a pair of sunglasses that I couldn't wear and stopped by the location at the Summit Mall on my way home from work. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and met Carson, the salesman on duty. Carson was not only helpful, but also called his boss to see what sunglasses fit her face, as she is Korean as well. I was there for over an hour and literally tried on every pair of sunglasses there. Once we found a pair that was cute and actually comfortable, there were a few tweaks that needed to be done. Since this pair was a wire frame avaitor style, by Tory Burch, Carson was able to adjust the nose piece, and heat up the temple tips to straighten them out. Carson refunded the difference between the two purchases, cleaned the new pair and reminded me of the warranty. While the new pair isn't as stylish as my beloved Burberry, they fit my face and are extremely comfortable. I commend Carson for his great customer service and his patience in working with an overly picky customer who lacks a nose bridge.

Aries helped my teen lace up an epic pair of knee high converse which was quite the task if I'm being honest. While my teen was working on the converse, Aries impressed me with his knowledge of the fit of each shoe and what street show might work with my orthotics. He brought out numerous types of shoes and was so helpful. Unfortunately nothing worked for me but my teen walked out with the amazing converse. In addition to a small selection of men's, women's, and kids' clothing and accessories, this outlet is primarily filled with shoes. The way it works here is you can buy any shoe and get a sale shoe for 50% off. They have brand-new, non-sale shoes available, but a much smaller selection than at a typical Vans retail store. The catch here is that many of the sale shoes are the same, but in different sizes, or are super unpopular patterns or styles that no one wanted. No wonder they ended up at the outlet! This definitely isn't the place you want to visit if you're looking for a particular Vans shoe. You have to be flexible here. I have also had on-and-off service at this location. Most of the time, the employees are helpful and kind, but sometimes they seem uninterested in helping you, and the checkout line is often long with just one person working, even though they have two registers. Good for flexible shoe shoppers hunting for a deal, but if you're a particular individual looking for a specific shoe, maybe just head to a Vans retail store.

Meh~I kept perusing upon racks, shelving, and displays recognizing inventory I saw being sold even at believe it or not, ROSS! WOT~NO WAY! YES, WAY, WAY, WAY OLD: Long time forgotten, unsold clothing from West, North, South, and East Gap Outlet's retail stores OLD INVENTORY were being sold, liquidated at this location; however, sadly and shockingly, the price points didn't trickle down to truly saving customers' buying power purchasing liquidated, unsold, old inventory, i.e., LOW stockturn equals poor, sales inventory performance!
