We are very loyal customers. Quality/Quantity - Here for the Wax and Watch event DIG. My first time and what an amazing event. Fundraising for so many nonprofits, see pictures. Also sponsored by Fifty Fifty Brewing Co; I had a few too many beers, too good of a time. I also found out about Fifty's Grand opening at RPM, which we also supported and attended the next day, see other Yelp Review. Non alcoholic drinks were also available. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Small parking lot, but because we came in off peak (weird) hours, it is rarely an issue for us. And today we got lucky as the lot was full but a car gave us his space. Service - The team is so welcoming and friendly. This is the #1 reason we are loyal customers. Events available - See website. Again, my first but NOT last time that I will attend an event. We will probably come back Sunday for the Mt Rose Passholder Spring Sale. Price - Expensive, but worth the quality, service, and culture. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1973. And thank you for also giving 1% to not-for-profit workers "to defend the earth." And having programs that raise awareness of environmental and social issues. My favorite program is Worn Wear. You can either sell Patagonia your used clothes or trade them in so they can fix it. I believe that reusing is better than recycling. Furthermore, they give you credit ranging from $15 to $150.

I'm a frequent shopper.. Purchased some Hoka's back in November- but one side started ripping - so I returned and purchased another On shoes.. Surprisingly they did not fit.. (yet I have four pairs that are the same size and fit).. go figure- Returned them and started browsing in store.. Just my luck- found a nice On pair- I like these because it's really not messy on the upper.. Noticed an email on the Rei app about the new On Cloudsurfer 2 trail running-.. And how do you NOT spend $50 on every visit here... Came here to check out bikes, mountain bikes, e-bikes, etc. But ending up buying a new boot on clearance. Atmosphere - Good size location. Plenty of private parking. Service - Mostly self service. The shoe salesperson, the only person helping 10 people, did a good job. There were 4 people working in the bike area, and no one acknowledged me?!?! And these bikes go for like $7k. I am not sure I want an e-bike yet; I just want to stay as young and long as possible. Very friendly salesperson. Price - $150 ish. Good deal for the quality of boot I got. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1938! I like the COOP concept and $30 lifetime membership model. One of my favorite features is the Walk of Presidents upstairs. The lifelike presidential statues are fascinating, and you can listen to each president's story as you stroll through history. You could easily spend a couple of hours here even if you're not shopping. Don't miss the cafeteria if you get hungry. It's a great place to grab a bite, and while you're there, be sure to stop by the fudge counter. They offer free samples of their delicious homemade fudge, making it hard to leave without buying a piece or two! When it comes to shopping, they truly have something for everyone. Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, sporting goods, camping gear, coolers, golf equipment, water toys, or just about anything for the outdoors, chances are you'll find it here. I stumbled here in the very rare circumstance I needed something before Amazon could deliver it -- a snorkel set before leaving for Hawaii the next day. I was blown away what was inside. A full size Ferris wheel? Shooting Gallery? Cafe? Candy Store? On and On. While not nearly as impressive as the Bass Pros headquarters store in Springfield MO, for those in Reno locals/visitors, it's worth a visit just to see the place, especially when super cold or hot out. Liberal's (REI folk) might find some of the stuff amusing (the premium gun collection and the huge safe assortment come to mind.) I'd give about 30 minutes to wander around. Longer if you actually want to shop or actually do some of the activities.

I had issues getting the Buy 1, Get 1, 50% Off Sale applied to my purchase and then had to wait additional time to get my husband's Military Discount. Regardless, it was a good deal, so I came back to get 2 more Shorts the following day. When it was time to pay, there was no issue applying the sale, but we noticed the amounts didn't match when they should've been the same . Nick was able to see that in the previous purchase only a 5% and not a 10% Military Discount had been applied, so he made the necessary adjustments. I didn't even have to ask, he just made it right. What a difference from the Customer Service I recieved on Sunday. I hope somebody in management reads this review and rewards Nick for the awesome job!

Nicole almost cancelled the sale because of apt vs unit (telling my husband to change it even though you're unable to once the form is submitted). And there is no law that prohibits a person from telling the person completing a 4473 how to spell something or being a second set of eyes. We have purchased many firearms and have never had an issue being a second set of eyes for each other. She had an attitude, rolling her eyes when my husband asked to check the weapon before we left the store. How Nicole is the general manager, is beyond me. She doesn't know to how use the register and iPad, continually needing to be on the phone with other associates to director her on how to use said equipment.. or how to interact with customers in a professional manner. And who the hell uses their teeth to cut tape? I'll pay more at Scheels where they know what they're doing and how to treat customers instead of going on a damn power trip.

Desperate for options I went to huntnhouse and the staff pulled strings from a bow they had in stock because waiting for strings to be delivered wasn't an option. One of the last stops we went to before we made a decision was In Italia Men's Wear. We were greeted with warmth by both Jhovani and his assistant, even though Jhovani was working with another client. The place is intimate and there is always at least another client here each time we have walked in. My husband was lucky and found a suit "off the rack" as we were pressed for time. Jhovani went above and beyond while still offering to tailor it in time for my husband so he can look great in it before we left the following week even though his schedule was pretty packed. His assistant measured him to have the suit fit perfectly, Jhovani double checked her work as was very pleased. We were promised it will be done by end of day the day before we left. While looking around my husband also found the perfect shoes that matched my dress so we could coordinate. They delivered earlier than promised. We are very grateful for them. I highly recommend coming here to buy a suit. Jhovani also does fully custom suits as well. The service is impeccable, and so is the quality of what they have. Plus, we were stoked to support a small business. We were extremely pleased by the quality and didn't mind investing in this suit as it will last a long time.
