I typically shop at the meadowood location, however I was in the area and decided to stop by this location. Upon entry, I was greeted with an eye roll. There was only one employee, and only one other customer. The whole experience was completely ruined by this employee. I asked for her name, and with an attitude she said it was Meghan. I was interested in the Maurice's credit card, which was one of the main reasons I came in. However, after this employees disrespect and how unwelcoming she was, I did not buy anything nor did I get the credit card. Meghan- do better! read more

The prices are pretty low. The quality is not great, but for these prices, and a location that's close to home, I'm not complaining. You just have to be willing to take a little time and look at things carefully. The ladies who work here have always been nice and helpful. read more

For the skinny sizes only. Maurices is known for having big sizes. I couldn't find my fat 18 size. Stay in Reno or shop online.

The girls that work here are are super sweet and helpful. I think other clothing stores could take some customer service advice from them. From someone that's a buckle fanatic, Maurices is a nice break for the wallet. They have almost the same cute clothing for cheaper than Buckle. The store itself is a little cramped, but they do well with the space they have. They have casual wear to wear appropriate for business, job interviews etc. It is all women's clothing and they also sell accessories and shoes. read more

Maurices your clothing is made poorly and you do not stand behind your product. I have spent a lot of money at your store. And well no more. I do have the credit card but now will Cancel the card. I hesitate to even give you one star. read more

I love the jeans here. There are the designer style with all the pocket embellishments and fading I love. They do not have plus sizes in the Sparks Crossing store, but if you buy online and it does not fit, you can return it there very easily and quickly. They have Silver Jeans ($75-$100) all the way down to more inexpensive brands ($25 and up). I love the selection. They will be opening a store in Meadowood Mall next to JC Penny soon that will have sizes 14-26 and the sales are always great! I just bought 1 pair of Maurices Brand Jeans and three casual tops on sale for around $80. Not bad! read more

I love this place!!! Their customer service is top notch. Every time. The clothes are reasonably priced (some brands, of cource, are more expensive than others) and CUTE! They carry Vigoss and Silver jeans for close to $80-90 a pair. Personally, I love the Maurice's brand. ti's more affordable yet gives the look of paying more. And they're super comfortable. You can find casual outfits or more formal attire for work. They also have great shoes and accessories! Every time I go in this place, I spend more than I anticipate, but I can't give less stars for my lack of self-control! Happy shopping! read more

This store deserves more than 5 stars! Wow can you say the best customer service ever?? Denise is the best, she always remembers your name even after coming in the first time. The quality of clothes is awesome here! Some people say its a little pricey but its really not. The quality of the clothes you are getting and the very cute outfits they have are well worth it! They always give out great coupons and have an awesome clearance rack. If you haven't been to Maurices yet, check it out! Your missing out on GREAT CLOTHES! I usually have a good experience with this place most times but on this certain day I didn't get helped at all. Seems like everyone got a hi or welcome when they walked in but, no one even greeted me. At first I was thinking you know it's okie they may be busy but 20 minutes later still not a can I help you find something; are you shopping for something in particular today? Nothing. So I went to find my own stuff but I could figure out which brand is where or if they had certain sales. Every time I went over everyone seem a little to extra busy. So I decided to try on my maybe size and of course it didn't fit but no one even offer finding me a better size or maybe ordering it online? So I got frustrated and neatly rehung up my jeans and just walked out. Like I said most of the time I actually enjoy going in there because all the girls usually are helpful. But I'm not sure if this is new staff but I guess I was better off buying it online. read more

This is my fave store to shop in. I went to the one in meadwood mall and the lady ignored me. She saw me grabbing stuff and just walked by me did not ask me if she could get a room started for me or anything. I do not like the layout of the meadowood store either. I was just at the spanish springs one today and have never had a bad experience there ever. I will drive the extra miles to go to this one because the customer service is so freaking awesome here. read more

Maurices is a little pricey for the clothing if you can't find a sale, but they are always having good sales and I will pay full price for the clothing because it lasts FOREVER! There are some dresses I have from her that I've had for close to 5 years and they still look in new condition. Even if you aren't sure about the store, once you realize that the customer service is AMAZING, you'll find yourself buying something just because they are great. Denise will always remember you as will Ashley (they seem to have been here the longest) and both of them will take care of you! If you don't want to pay full price for anything, they ALWAYS have sale/clearance racks that are fully stocked, There are separate racks for dresses, pants/skirts, and tops. You won't be disappointed by the quality of clothes from Maurices and you will find yourself going back here again and again. read more

This is the ONLY place I shop!!! I found this store online a few years ago ordering some clothes and shoes for my Vegas trip. One pair of shoes didn't fit properly, so I read the receipt and it said I could return it by shipping it back or by going into the store. usually I would just ship it back but because Ii was cramped with time before I left on my vacation I went to the store. But before going to the store I called and asked if they had my correct size in the style and color I wanted they did! I asked them to hold it until Ii got off work so I could go in and exchange it, and they did no hesitation at all!! The people in the store went above and beyond my expectations and my return was a breeze and a success!!! And the best part is I had all my new outfits for Vegas! I also always get complements on my clothes and refer everyone to Maurice's. I just wish that I would have known about this store sooner. read more
