They should be delivered within the week so I'll have to pop in for an update since my Yelp friend reported back for a poor online experience. I updated my Arizona Birks and I found the cutest pair of wedge sandals for my Summer dresses. I hadn't been here since I was in high-school looking for JA shoes and I'm glad I opened an email with a promo. I got a deal on all three pairs that I went back online and bought more shoes. I chose to pickup in store since I had to take care of some business at a bank nearby. The overall experience was okay. Both ladies working the counter were just okay. Neither were very welcoming, but not completely rude. I may opt out for an online experience to avoid these unnecessary encounters. The Deals are great. Sign up for their notifications. It saved me 20% off my entire order.

My daughter saw they carried a specific shoe in a specific color she wanted, so we came in. It was easy to navigate the store on our own, but we did need some help. Special thanks to Ravi! I hope I got his name right, but he went above and beyond to help us get sizes and found this specific shoe my daughter wanted. The display wasn't where it was supposed to be. He took great care of us and when service is that good; what's another pair of shoes. I love that Off Broadway gives shoes back to our local kids in need. My mom was rushed out before she had even finished, and the employee/manager made insulting comments instead of simply asking us to wrap things up politely. There is a huge difference between reminding customers that you're closing and being rude to them. We were treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. This experience completely ruined our impression of the business, and I hope management takes customer treatment more seriously in the future.

While it isn't a very busy store, it would sure make it easier for people to get what they need if the store didn't have to close because the one employee that was there needed to take her lunch. I would never begrudge somebody's right to take their lunch, but I don't think it was fair to her, that she was the only employee there. I get that finding employees is hard, but at the same time, I think more than one person should be working in the store. The lady that was working was really nice, and we were just there to pick up an online order, but when we were there, there were some other people that needed to pick up their online orders too. I'm giving it five stars, because the lady that was there was awesome! For the sake of any employee that is stuck there by themselves, I highly recommend that the company hire more people, because I couldn't imagine being the only employee in a multi customer situation like today. If you can't find it in store, they can probably order it for you. On top of being a sporting goods store, Scheels has a Ferris wheel, a digital shooting range, a candy shop, an arcade, two aquariums, a bike/ski/skate service shop, a snack bar, a taxidermy mountain, a bowling alley, and loads of other things to keep a family entertained for hours. The surrounding Legends Mall also supplies loads to do and can easily keep you busy for a whole day or more. While I find the prices at Scheels to be a tad higher than online retailers, most things are reasonably priced and competitive compared to other brick-and-mortar sports stores. All of the employees are super friendly and kind. I often think of Scheels as the Chick-fil-A of retail.

The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!

Was in town for the week and found this shop…read more Probably had the biggest selection of Jordan's I've ever seen. A lot of grails, recent releases, and everything in between. The owner also seems super chill and friendly. Honestly though, the prices were insanely high, even for a resale shop. I'm all for spending a few extra bucks supporting small bucks, but this is much more than that. That said, if you're looking for a hard to find grail and money isn't an issue, he might have just have what you're looking for.
