Woven Loafer - Finally found one I liked at Dillards, except for the color. There were NO woven loafers here at all. Okay, I just ordered 4 shoes online and it did NOT go through! Called the toll free # - Customer service (Vern) was good and helped us order. Will update after receiving shoes. Update - Got the shoes and they looked worn... Tried to reorder online, but again, I had issues... So I called customer service and asked for NEW pairs/reordered. Again, good service, but we will see what gets shipped. Update 2 - Now I am up to my 6th pair. Sadly, I had so many issues with the shoes not being new, the shoes were being shipped from so many different places, arriving on different days/times, and one never delivered, even though their website said they were delivered. If you buy different brands of shoes, and from different countries, all sizes are NOT equal... Some run larger, some smaller, etc. This is one of the reasons I am NOT an online customer. Defeats the purpose of "convenience." And I actually feel guilty returning all the wrong shoes. Also, there were so many difficulties with online ordering. Again, calling in service was good. Return service was good. Atmosphere - Good size, clean organized. Memorial Day promotion, other promotions, see pictures or website. Veteran & military discounts, see picture or website. Open 7 days a week from 10 m to 9pm and until 6pm on Sundays. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Self service. Price - $500, reasonable. Birkenstocks have price control, so it almost doesn't matter where you buy them from. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1991 with your 500+ stores. They sell cheap shoes at a cheap price. If this is something that you're into, they have a very large selection. If you are looking for a quality shoe that will last, this is definitely not the place to be looking. They have a lot of fashion shoes though, which is nice because those don't need to last. The store is always very clean and organized as well. They seem to have a decent range of shoe sizes too.

The lady that was working was really nice, and we were just there to pick up an online order, but when we were there, there were some other people that needed to pick up their online orders too. I'm giving it five stars, because the lady that was there was awesome! For the sake of any employee that is stuck there by themselves, I highly recommend that the company hire more people, because I couldn't imagine being the only employee in a multi customer situation like today. Upon entering on either side they have big fish tanks that our kids love looking at, and then of course they have the massive Ferris wheel. The cost is $1 per rider which is more than fair, but in my experience they will often just give you the tokens to ride for free. The store itself is a bit pricey. But there's a variety here that you won't get many other places. So you're almost certain to find something.

The owner also seems super chill and friendly. Honestly though, the prices were insanely high, even for a resale shop. I'm all for spending a few extra bucks supporting small bucks, but this is much more than that. That said, if you're looking for a hard to find grail and money isn't an issue, he might have just have what you're looking for.
