Today is Yelp update day :) 5/26/25 - What a coincidence, a RV show today. Sorry, I did not take pictures. Quality/Quantity - Good, we mainly come here for Scheels and your new casino; well not new anymore. So I am not really a customer of the mall. And actually my wife has not asked to come for a long time. Atmosphere - 100+ businesses here, see their website. 16+ dining/drinking places, not including all the nearby restaurants. 7 interactive businesses - Do it yourself pottery business, axe throwing, escape room, theater, and now a new casino. Huge outdoor mall, plenty of outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Open 7 days a week, see specific businesses for specific hours. Service - Depends on where you shop, Scheels = 5 stars. :) Dukes = 5 stars. The Oyster bar = 5 stars. Price - Depends on what you buy, but mostly average pricing. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2008, I remember you were a hit when you first opened with only approximately 45 businesses at the time. And look at you now.

The store selection isn't there for me. There's a beautiful outdoor space and pretty sculptures. Outdoor mall. Parking goes in circe. Had a confusing time exiting. Close to freeway. Nice to see more stores open. There's people again after the dismal covid.

Let's talk . It's a cute place with a big menu . We went and ate some good pizza . A salad and a wonderful calzone . The staff were really nice and my daughter was very happy . We will be back to explore the menu more. It was very reasonably priced with good value for the money. Very easy parking right near Scheels in sparks.

The Legends of Beer Festival was fantastic. What a beautiful day to enjoy 35 Beer Vendors, listen to Sierra Roc one of my favorite bands, meet new people, and soak up the sun! I've never been to this event before and I live a mile away! Looking forward to the 5th annual next year! I was glad Outlets at Legends put the gravel lot to use. The set up was perfect.

Nice small outlet, our fave is the Addidas store. They even have a casino at the outlet!

Lots of stores to visit and the art is fun. While it doesn't have a lot of unique stores it has some good ones, from Scheels to Bath and Body Works.

There is a good amount of stores and good deals at these outlets. In the center there is a sitting area with a water feature in the summer and fire during the winter. Very nice. Stores include: bath and body works, H&M, Nike, adidas, Levi's, vans, and many more. The rest rooms are spread out and down a very very long hallway so they can look a little spooky at night. EEKS! The only con is that they close a little early -7:00 pm

When In Sparks I typically end up @ The Outlets at Legends. My favorite restaurant is located here although, I always enjoy walking this beautifully clean open air mall. This outdoor mall offers several shaded seating areas, flanked by incredible art installations and manicured landscaping. Food, shopping, Marina, Hotels & Casino all within walking distance.

I love how nicely the grounds are kept and with art, statues, and a water feature! The best time is in the fall, with the cool weather and beautiful evening skies! Great to see the customers and families out and about. I'm sure next year when the new casino is built, it will draw a lot of customers. Didn't do any shopping today, just came for the drive and to eat dinner

9/21/2018: The retail stores at The Outlets At Legends are the exact OPPOSITE of Dillard's! I would summarize Dillard's retail is a cross between Needless Markup and Bloomies . . . Lol~I just thought you should know first hand the type of products Dillard's Buyers purchases on the behalf of their loyal customers verses the The Outlets At Legends' Retail Buyers who stock their retail stores' shelves and racks with stock-turns, i.e., overstock, 10-cents on the dollar, last year's fashions' liquidation items which didn't sell or sold very little . . . at the previous stores' locations. Bluntly articulating . . . Meh~I didn't buy anything at The Outlets At Legends due to what I mentioned previously: I guess the only things piquing my interests were The Outlets At Legends' landscaping treatments such as the dinosaur statuary, the fireplace, the dried-up waterbeds, and the uber-expensive pavers! That's it and that's all that's worth mentioning-period. 30-30-30 Eye roll.

It doesn't try to be flashy, and that's part of what makes it cool. One of the best surprises is having the Reno library right inside the mall. It adds a strong community feel and gives the space more purpose than a typical shopping center. You'll see people studying, families stopping in, and locals just passing through, which adds to the character. That said, it really feels like there's an opportunity here. I wish there were more stores and restaurants inside to help bring in more foot traffic and energy. With the architecture and built-in library already in place, a stronger mix of shops and food spots could easily turn this into a much more vibrant destination. It's not about high-end shopping or crowds. It's about atmosphere, history, and potential. If you appreciate classic architecture and unique local spaces, Reno Town Mall is still worth checking out.

Victorian Square has changed. It's now all hard-scape which is very hot in Summer and very cold, windy and icy slippery in Winter. It's also now surrounded by some 1,000 units in four-story and ten-story apartment buildings and thousands of square feet of commercial space for office, retail, and restaurant. There was a lot of alcohol and trash. As we were taking all that in, we were approached by Sparks Police, or at least they told us they were Sparks Police, who kicked us out. Their reason. Our group's two dogs who are trained Service Dogs assisting two of us who are disabled. We know our rights so we pointed out Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and NRS 426.097 which defines Service Animals as animals that have been trained to do work or perform specific tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. One of our group did a google search and pointed out Sparks Municipal Code Section 9.34.110 - This section shall not apply to helping dogs assisting a person with a disability as provided in NRS Chapter 426. NRS 426.068  "Disability" defined.  "Disability" means, with respect to a person: 1.  A physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of the major life activities of the person; 2.  A record of such an impairment; or 3.  Being regarded as having such an impairment. For those who read my reviews here, you know from my previous reviews, one at at https://www.yelp.com/biz/american-humane-association-washington and another at https://www.yelp.com/biz/capriottis-sandwich-shop-reno-4?osq=cappriotii%27s, that DAV (Disabled American Veterans) paid to train my current Service Dog and me. A Service Dog for decades made my life far better because for we disabled Veterans, coming home is only the beginning of another daunting battle; this battle a life-long one to access what able-bodied people access for granted. Wildly inappropriate, we were still kicked out. With the queasy sense of no surprise why Nevada Veterans succumb to suicide at a higher rate than the rest of the nation, we left. On this day in history 7 January 1918 - In Arver v. United States, Supreme Court finds conscription is authorized by Constitution which gives Congress the power "to declare war...to raise and support armies." 1929 - Buck Rogers sci-fi comic strip's first appearance in a newspaper. Rogers first appeared in Philip Francis Nowlan's "Armageddon 2419 A.D." published August 1928 in Amazing Stories. It took only roughly six months after Nowlan's story was published for it to be published in comic strip form, with Nowlan scripting the stories and laying the groundwork for the strip with a simplified version of the same story line except that his hero, Anthony Rogers, was renamed as Buck Rogers. 7 November 1932, Buck Rogers aired as a radio serial on CBS under the title "The World in 2432". The first comic book appearance for Buck Rogers was in the October 1934 issue of Famous Funnies #3. Buck Rogers moved from the pages of books to comics to the silver screen in a 12 episode film serial in 1939, with Rogers being portrayed by actor Buster Crabbe, known previously in his screen role as Flash Gordon. Buck Rogers in the 25th Century was a movie then a tv series from 1979 - 1981. "The Dynamite Entertainment Buck Rogers comic has just the perfect tone: it is fun and kitschy and doesn't take itself too seriously, with cyborg bear-men hunting humans and giant single-celled paramecia invading Earth. The comic's Dr. Huer was an incredibly likable, classy, scatterbrained old chap who stays pleasant even when threatened with danger, and the comic has some powerful moments about a time-lost Buck Rogers who lost everything that ever mattered to him. These moments get all the more poignant because they don't overdo them. Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, the first, best and original science-fiction newspaper strip is back. In September 2008, Hermes Press did a complete reprint of the ground-breaking newspaper strip that entertained Americans hooked on Science-Fiction. Buck Rogers in the 25th Century has it all: space ships, anti-gravity belts, space pirates, invaders from other worlds, nefarious villains, and, of course, heroes! James Cawley's Buck Rogers is a proposed internet video series. In 2009, Cawley and his production company, Retro Film Studios, secured the license to Buck Rogers, which began filming in late 2009, with plans to offer episodes online in 2010. However, as of 2022, no episodes have been produced or released. George Clooney along with producing partner Grant Heslov is set to executive-produce for Legendary a limited TV series about the iconic sci-fi character."
