This is such a cute local boutique! I came here for Small Business Saturday with a friend and they had such a warm reception for the guests! Small plastic flute of champagne topped with cotton candy, a charcuterie tray, dip, cookies and little cheese cake bites. Any place that is willing to host such a pleasant reception and give a 20% off for Small Business Saturday is a winner in my book! I ended up buying a cute sweater and my friend found the sweater she wanted, but the last one was on a mannequin. Thankfully the store associate was more than will to strip the mannequin for her. They sell SHEIN clothing! I bought clothes there for my granddaughter and she informed me that I bought cheap clothing from this store!! It's from the same manufacturer and they charged a lot more for it then Shien!! The owner was also very rude to her when she bought something from an event and I will not be supporting this local business. My daughter also told me the owner told her that a certain color would look better on her skin that the green... my granddaughter is in fact African American. read more

Great small clothing boutique in the north end of Midtown. The young staff here has always been very sociable and helpful. They really seem to know all the products and the companies they are selling. Darling flowy dresses and shirts. But my big reason to shop there are their Just Black jeans. I described what I wanted in a jean and why I hate the others, and the staff came up with this perfect fitting skinny jean for me- yeah finally! I returned today for another pair in a different color. Not in stock, but the staff took my info and will call when they get it in. Fantastic customer service. Stop in and check them out. If you like clothing from Buckle, then this is a great (local!!) alternative for clothes. The style is more mainstream than some other boutiques in Midtown, which is great because it attracts ladies with a less "eccentric" look to shop Midtown. The prices are extremely reasonable. I got a very cute shirt for about $30. If the shirt lasts through a few washes then I will stick to four stars. I like the selection a lot. Nice casual clothing that isn't going to break the bank. Additionally, there are a few specialty items that are awesome--the Golden Choke (a bit pricy but unique) and some awesome candles (not sure of the brand). This is such a nifty little chic boutique. All of the girls that work here have been sweet and very helpful! I will say that this definitely isn't a store for the average person. They definitely cater to people looking for something fresh and unique. If you purchase here you'll definitely be able to run around town knowing 50 other people aren't going to be sporting the same threads! The store might be small but the selection is mighty. A majority of the store is aimed towards the ladies but they do have a small section for the men. This place also features a handful of local designers so those of you that love to support the local folk this is a great place to pick up some awesome styles. This cool and reasonable boutique has been here for five years and I never noticed it because it's off the street. If you drive/walk to Two Chicks in Midtown, check out Sierra Belle, to the left in same shopping area. It's a good place to get basics that go with a lot of colors already in your wardrobe. Located in the Sticks Shopping Center they are open 7 days a week Mon-Sat: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm & Sun: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. They buy from many Southern California designers to bring a different fashion take to Reno. They are determined to bring affordable SoCal fashion with a modern bohemian twist to Midtown-Reno. At first blush the fashion was a bit young for me; I thought it was a good place to get gifts for younger (teens-30s) family members. First of all, let me start by saying I love Sierra Belle - I love their clothes, the girls, and the dogs! I go in about once a week during gaps in my classes, just to see what they get in new. They've asked me where I go to school, and where I work - I'm pretty honest, so I told them I worked at another boutique somewhere. No problems there, they seemed to be very nice and accommodating, asking if I need help, etc. Today, when I was shopping, one of the employees asked if I was still working at my old job. I said yes, but I am leaving, as I've gotten a new job. After that, she basically accused me of taking pictures for my job, saying, "last time you were in here, you were taking pictures," in an accusatory way. I usually take pictures to send to my friends asking for their second opinions - so this statement rubbed me the wrong way. When I went into the fitting room, they told me "please don't take pictures," as if I was going to show my workplace what they sell. I'm all for competition, and I know that they are original - which is why I shop there. But now, I'm turned off by Sierra Belle due to the fact that just because I work for a competitor, I'm immediately taking pictures for my workplace and shopping for them. I buy my clothes and if people ask where I got them from, I truthfully say where I get it - I don't just blatantly send people to my store because I love supporting other businesses. I don't know if I'll ever be back at Sierra Belle. This experience today was just very off-putting for me. read more

The clothes here are very cute, they are the same great quality as the clothes I buy from nice boutiques online so it's great to find a store locally to shop at! I had an issue trying to return an item but the store contacted me and resolved it quickly. Note that there are a lot of items that can not be returned so make sure you try things on before buying. I've been to this shop a few times in the past year and every time has been a great experience. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The last time I went in, both dressing rooms were full and one of the staff kindly offered to let me try on clothes in their restroom so I didn't have to wait for a fitting room. They're always very attentive and accommodating. For the small size of their shop they have quite a few options and I have bought a few great staple pieces here. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Sierra Belle! From the minute you walk in the door, the sales associates greet you with huge smiles and are so helpful with anything you need! The decor in the store gets cuter every day and they are always adding new products-- my most recent favorites being all of the macrame wall hangings! The clothes that Sierra Belle carries are super cute and there are a lot of options for different styles and body types. They carry anything from shorts and t-shirts to fancy dresses for New Year's Eve and most pieces are pretty affordable. I love keeping up with Sierra Belle on their social media to see the new pieces they order; everything is always on trend and you never know when they are going to post about a sidewalk sale on a perfect sunny day. They also have a lot of styles that are almost identical to some Free People styles, but at a fraction of the cost! This is also a great place to go get any last minute birthday gifts for people! They have a ton of little gift ideas like candles, necklaces, macrame, and hats.
