This is my number one favorite place to buy clothes in Reno. I've been shopping at Jada Loft for the past four years, and I always find something fashionable and comfortable to wear. The owner and employees are very friendly and helpful, and the inside of the store has a high-end vibe that isn't reflected in the prices - which are surprisingly reasonable. Emphasizing western dance and rodeo styles, this store also carries adorable and up-to-the-minute lingerie, evening attire, casual wear, and blouses suitable for a more conservative work environment. Darling boutique in a very unexpected location next to a paint store. I drive by it everyday to and from work and didn't realize it was a women's store. My favorite boutique in Reno!! I don't typically shop at boutiques, but I have been to JaDa Loft many times. It is refreshing to find a place that has boutique style clothes at reasonable prices. I think some of their best deals are on their crop tops and tank tops--many range from $10-15! I have gotten all kinds of clothes from them including tank tops, crop tops, flowy pants, jeans, and jackets. They are all great quality and hold up nicely after many uses. They have a clearance section for those looking for discounted options, plus they regularly have sales and events going on. The atmosphere is so inviting with friendly staff and over-the-top (in a good way) decorations. They offer wine or champagne while you shop which instantly invites you into a nice conversation with the staff. All the staff I've had there are super helpful and fun to talk with. If I can't find something I'm looking for, they are quick to check the back and see if they can find my color/size. I have told many friends about this boutique because they have some amazing deals and products! I am so happy they were able to open a second location, but the one off Robb Dr continues to be my favorite. Upon sharing with a friend that I have found a super cute boutique off we went! When pulling up even the front is decked out with a vibrant colorful bicycle. This store is the funnest, it reminds me of something someone would dream up, accessories clothing every inch of the store there is something to see! (Bummer wish I had taken some pictures). The prices are affordable and the clothes are very trendy. I like that there are size options up to 2x. The sales associate was very welcoming and friendly with us, he was full of great conversation. Sipping and Shopping is the best and not something that we are spoiled with every day. There was a choice of wine, champagne or mimosa. I was excited to learn that the location I saw in passing on S. Virginia Street may possibly open next month, and that there is an Instagram store opening up and possible delivery (if local). I would love to come back one day and take my time. When I am shopping for gifts for friends which I like to be one of a kind I will definitely keep JaDa Loft Boutique in mind. I stopped in this morning to pick up a gift for my friend's baby shower (some cute/cozy mom things) and was immediately greeted by Yami, who offered a mimosa while I shop (perfect to start my Saturday morning!), and a few cute selections for my friend. She was super friendly and was great company while I shopped (we were the only two there). She rang me up and wrapped my friend's gift in a nice gift box and silk ribbon and I left, thinking it was a really nice experience. What really made me want to write this review is that afterward, I got a voicemail and text from her, apologizing for the fact that she'd missed a discount on an item (which I never would have even noticed) and had already refunded my card for the difference. I bought a dress and some accessories for my daughters birthday in February. The dress didn't fit and it took her a couple of weeks to give it back to me to return it. When I got to the store early one morning before work there were 2 associates running around the store screaming about a spider. I stood there for a full 5 minutes before one associate came to talk to me. I asked to return or exchange the dress and she completely dismissed my request calling me 'hun' and telling me it was past 7 days which is their policy. I'm over 60 and was quite irritated this young girl was calling me that, and for her not to offer any customer service at all was unacceptable to me. This store may have some cute items and I was pretty excited to shop there in the future, but I left the dress there and told her I will never be back. Lesson learned, I lost the money on the gift I bought but I won't be spending any more money there. read more

The moment I walked in the door I was offered a glass of champagne and a dressing room to put my stuff in while I shopped. Every item I pulled off the rack was quickly swept away and placed in my dressing room for me to try on. I've never shopped at a place that made me feel so special and relaxed immediately.
