I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!

Im sure the store is running on bare minimum staff, but that is not a reason to be abrasive to customers. Most people shopping for prom is a once...maybe twice in a lifetime experience. Please dont act irritated when you are doing the job you were hired to do. Greeting customers, answering questions & helping others is a job requirement. The product quality and value for the clothes is extremely reasonable for Reno, but there are many dress shops in the area that people can go to and if the employees at Windsor are like Bryana, people do have other options for their shopping experience.
