In town for a wedding and staying at GSR. Went to get a different dress day of because I didn't like how mine was fitting. The owner didn't greet me when I came in, and told me they don't carry size large clothing- "very rarely" she said. She tried directing me to the store upstairs, but I've shopped here before and I know the styles that will fit me. I found a dress that fits great, and still would if I was 20 pounds heavier. We tried to pay with $100 bill, and she said they "don't take large bills"? In a casino??We paid with card and left, will not be returning. I went in one night just to look at something's just because of how cute it looked from the outside Well ok cute, it's cute but seriously??? $89 for a tank top found on Alibaba? Not only was everything OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. But when I went to try things on, in the fitting room, one of the girls there working seriously told me to leave my purse with her. I was kind of insulted, like do I seem like the type of person that would just put something in my purse? Even if I did, they aren't allowed to keep my purse. I bought one shirt for $59 , the shirt is easily found on multiple different affordably priced e-commerce marketplaces. There are subtle ways that are proven more effective than standing with your arms crossed in view of the customer and having what seemed like a staring competition. This was a pretty cool shop. The staff was friendly. The prices were pretty decent considering it's in a casino hotel, so I'll be interested to see if the garments stand the test of time. Walked in with two friends here on our bachelorette weekend. We were looking forward to a fun personal shopping experience you get when you shop at small boutiques. We weren't even acknowledged when we walked in, no "hey welcome in" or "let me know if you need anything". There was one other lady in there and one of the workers offered to start her a fitting room and was helping her with sizes and answering questions. The two girls working there stood in the back talking to each other while we walked around and grabbed the clothes we wanted to try on. While the employees were carrying on with their apparently very important conversion I asked if they worked here and asked a question. Which was answered shortly with no further offer of help or kindness. When the bride was ready to try on I hung her stuff in the fitting room and wrote her name on the board, since clearly the two employees didn't want to help us. We had questions while we were trying on and needed other sizes which I went and grabbed from the racks since I don't feel I should have to demand help from employees with no other customers there. The bride did find a super cute dress and they do have nice clothes. We were just so disappointed in the poor service. If I were the owner or manager of the store I would want to know if my employees weren't providing the best customer service they can, so here I am saying that they definitely didn't. read more

So happy I went downstairs when staying at the Grand Sierra because I fell in love with this little boutique. They have the store filled with cutest and trendiest clothes. It was so hard to choose what to buy because I wanted everything they had. I ended up getting two jackets and I'm in love with them. Went here for a job interview, I informed the manager that my first interview the gentleman interviewing me admitted that they did it via FaceTime to make sure "you had the right look" then she proceeded to inform me that said gentleman does that often. I was looking for a black leather jacket and they actuallyhad a pleather jacket that was perfect! I also saw a great sweater in the window with a low cut back that was knotted. The sales girl showed me a really cute bralette that had a tattoo design in it that went perfectly with it. I wore it that same night to a show at the hotel and got a ton of compliments!
