The owner didn't greet me when I came in, and told me they don't carry size large clothing- "very rarely" she said. She tried directing me to the store upstairs, but I've shopped here before and I know the styles that will fit me. I found a dress that fits great, and still would if I was 20 pounds heavier. We tried to pay with $100 bill, and she said they "don't take large bills"? In a casino??We paid with card and left, will not be returning. I've never felt so fat shamed and uncomfortable in a clothing store in my life, it was wild.

Apparently loss prevention staff was monitoring someone and actually prevented him from walking away with a shopping bag of items.. I'm glad retail stores embrace the prevention of shoplifters.. rather than some stores just taking the loss and letting them walk away..although is the safety of an employee worth it.. is always a other view.. I did good- no shoes- no handbags just two sweaters- hehehe.. if you use your Nordstrom card you save 5%.. !!

I believe his name is Aaron (longish black hair) because he is such a fantastic hype man! He is always bubbly and enthusiastic, and makes me feel so good about my purchases. I generally dread small talk interactions at check-outs, but he makes it genuinely enjoyable. The store itself is great too. If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!

They take your items for you as you shop to the dressing room if you'd like to try them on, they add some extra items in there to try which I thought was a nice touch. 4) They offer you drinks like mimosa or water and the shop smells amazing. Idk what they spray in there but it makes you feel cozy. The entire experience hits all your senses and you'll leave feeling loved, relaxed and happy. I honestly don't buy clothes in person anymore unless it's at this store. Everywhere else is a waste of time.
