I loved the fresh smell of leather that hits you as you walk into this place. This place is busy, quite a bit of people shopping today. From Saddles to your perfect pair of boots, you're gonna find here. I only took a few steps in and this young man approached me and asked if he could help me; attentive service. I'm so glad he did, I would have never found my band, they were off to the left side of the store tucked away in a corner. They had plenty of bands but only 1 that matched my cowprint hat! It had little metal bull head with horns on it. I loved it! I'm pretty lucky, they only had one of these in the rack. I snatched it quickly and made my way to the register. There was another lady waiting at the counter with a cashier, another young lady walked up behing the counter and asked me right away if I needed to be rung up. Talk about quick and efficient no wait service! I was very pleased with my purchase and the helpful, efficient, and attentive staff. I paid a little over 40 dollars for my band but totally worth it. Have no fear, Adam said he's make one for me just how I wanted. What??? Total customer service and a really neat guy to talk to. As a fellow(former) small Business owner I know what it takes to be successful and seeing his energy and attitude made me want to be a customer. They did a home visit to look at the chairs, and, after looking at our fabric, told us how they thought the fabric should be placed on the chairs. We agreed with their recommendations so they took the chairs and the fabric to their shop. We got the chairs back in a timely fashion. They were delivered yesterday evening and they are absolutely stunning! We couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and the look of the chairs.
