Excellent service, I went in looking for culinary shoes, preferably a clog. I didn't find what I was looking for, but, they did direct me to a store that could possibly help me, even with phone number. Very cordial staff, extremely helpful and had a great selection of scrubs and uniforms. I will definitely be back! read more

Do not let you try on scrubs unless u purchase from them.... That's a first. I would also try to be nice to customers and hear where they are coming from read more

Very bad communication and rude Manager. I wasn't told my uniform was going to take 2 weeks or maybe longer to be ready. If I was told that in the moment I was in store purchasing I wouldn't have ordered with them as I did need it in 1 week and a half. Manager basically stated he was present when the employee was helping me and said " I was there when they told you, you probably just didn't hear". I'm sure I would've heard that clearly when I asked. I wasn't reaching out to argue nor be rude just wanted an update. I didn't appreciate the managers attitude, so asked for a refund. read more

Great service and they had everything I needed. The selection was great and if they didn't have it then they would order it online. The price are definitely on the higher end. read more

What a wonderful selection of scrubs they have and on sale too!! My friend found 4 pairs of scrubs and she is beyond thrilled with them. The young lady helping us was a great help as well! read more

I recently went here to buy more scrubs as the scrub store and other locations are ungodly expensive and this place was referred to me by a friend. The staff inside was very nice and asked if I needed any help and was polite in offering to use their fitting room to try on the garments. They carry almost every size, so it was easy to find matching sets. The location is a bit hard to find as it is after the costco shopping center turn off on plumb but before the motel. It's a very immediate turn so I recommend to drive slow into the turn in so you don't miss it. Definitely recommend for your scrub needs. I saw they had had other uniforms for law enforcement and trade workers, so you might call to see what they carry. It was an easy shopping experience and I'll be back for more scrubs. read more

My favorite store. Great service from staff. The owners are friendly. They can embroider and sew patches and velcro for you.

I was in need of a new duty belt for work. Several of the people I work with informed to go to Reno Uniforms and bring my credentials to receive a discount. As I enter the stores I was greeted immediately and offered help. Upon looking through their selection I didn't see a belt I wanted and spoke to an employee. He informed me that he could order it or go to try two other stores in town. I personally appreciate his honesty. How many businesses will inform a customer of their competitors? I ended up buying a duty belt that they had in stock, and when I get my yearly uniform Allowance I'll order a leather belt. Reno Uniforms does not only sale Law Enforcement gear, they all sale clothing for individuals in the medical field. read more

Terrible customer service. The owner wouldn't exchange my radio holder after purchasing it there for another molle radio holder. Long time customer. The radio holster was broken. I suggest first responders do not go here. Its not worth it. The wife of the owner is very helpfu, but the male owner also failed to call me when the radio holder was in and told me I had the product too long and doesn't do exchanges. I didn't want my money back just an exchange. Will be going to social media, the media and bbb. read more

Used the Embroidery service for two lab coat. Excellent quality and quick turnaround.

I used to purchase all of my uniform needs through here. I went to nursing school, i've bought my EMT uniforms through them, I've bought my duty belt needs through them - However, I will now no longer be going through this company. I will now be using Amazon or literally anything else. I had a pair of gloves that I bought (StrongSkyn) and their "sizing guide" didn't work for me. I took the gloves back, with the receipt, to do an exchange - It was denied because it didn't have the packaging tags (which were torn off once I put the gloves on my hand). So I had to buy a brand new set of gloves (here's to hoping these ones actually fit!). The gloves that I couldn't exchange I left with the employee, who i'm assuming will throw them away - which is exactly how I feel like as a customer. Thrown away. BUY ONLINE! Better customer service will be found elsewhere. EDIT; Owner claims I made this mysterious purchase online and not at their store. My receipt, which clearly shows my name and phone number, was dated 10/3/2019 at 4:04pm. Which, not only is definitely within their 30 day mark, but was NEVER asked for by the employee i dealt with because the product didn't have the tags. read more

I found Reno Uniforms while exploring Midtown Reno on a Saturday afternoon. The building is nicely painted a dark grey with a lime green trim easy to spot. Parking is located in the back of the building, its handicap accessible. The store is very clean & nicely organized with a huge selection of scrubs, uniforms, clothing & tactical gear! If you need any embroidery or alterations done they can take care of that as well! They are literally a one-stop shop. They have great prices & excellent customer service. I was greeted immediately as I entered the shop & offer assistance, I declined I was just planning on browsing. Before I walked to the ladies section I was offered a beverage from there fancy Coffee/ Tea machine which was a nice gesture. The staff is very knowledgeable about their merchandise. A very nice gentleman helped me find work shoes. He took the time to explain a few options. Brought me out 4 different styles to find my best fit. I ended up trying just about every pair of women's shoes they had available. Not once did I feel rushed or unwelcome. He was friendly, extremely patient & attentive even after I decided to stick with the first pair of nurse mates I tried. Lol I Highly Recommend Reno Uniforms if you're in need of any kind of work attire, Embroidery or Alterations! The Knowledgeable friendly professional staff will take care of you! read more

Very knowledgeable staff. Just got a new job in corrections, hadn't even started academy so it was a bit intimidating shopping for the uniform. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful from the second I walked in. The knew what I needed and supplied me different bands to try to find the best fit. They also embroidered my uniforms and hemmed them, that same day. I explained I live about 1.5 hours away, so the asked if I could hang out in Reno and they'd rush and get them done in 2 hours. They did and the work was great. I need to get class A uniforms soon and I'll happily be going back. read more

This is for all my fellow brothers and sisters working in Susanville at you know where! Tired of getting gouged and ripped off in broad daylight at "You-Know-What"? Just got clued into this place by fellow officer and from now on this will be my go to place for getting work stuff. Don't even bother with the other so called uniform joints in Reno, I've had to try them all and they don't hold a candle to the service and prices to be had here. Don't drive all the way to Sacramento anymore to get uniform stuff, just come here. You might even see some familiar faces here too, I did! read more

Great friendly staff, get my scrubs for work from there! Always ask if help is needed and if they don't got it they can order it!!!

Really nice staff, but the customer service was horrendous. They didn't have the size scrubs I needed, so I asked if I could place an order, and they said "absolutely." Over the course of a month, I tried calling 4 times about my order, and each time I was given the response "let me check the computer/system, and we'll call you right back," and they never did. (Which is why I called so many times). It got so bad to the point where I needed these scrubs in the next couple days because I had been waiting so long - so one morning I tried calling 3 times on a row, and no one ever picked up. THEN I had my girlfriend call from her number, and they picked it up on the first ring (coincidence?) In the end, I didn't receive my order, and I ended up having to purchase the scrub brand that I didn't want, which was the whole reason I was so proactive about ordering the scrubs I wanted in the first place, a month in advance. read more

Come in for just about any type of uniform! I was mainly looking for scrubs and there was quite a good selection to choose from. The scrubs were $17.99+ but I was told some cheaper ones ($13.99+) would be coming in which would be very nice! Lots of brands to choose from and friendly customer service! read more

I hate to have to give them this review because they have been great the other two times. But I went in today and ordered new uniforms and spending $300+. I also brought in my ONLY long sleeve shirt for a button because it fell off. I also brought in my ONLY jacket and wanted a badge sewed on. The lady I talked to was super nice and told me they would have the shirt that needed only one button and the jacket done by 230pm and the rest of the uniforms done at the end of the week which is totally fine. So my girlfriend goes to pick up the shirt and jacket at 530pm and the guy is working says it won't be ready until the following afternoon, after I was told the shirt and jacket would definitely be done today, she even talked to the lady who was going to do the work to make sure it would be done. So now I have to wear a short sleeve shirt and have no jacket for graveyard tonight. To say I'm irritated would be an understatement. If they would have told me they wouldn't be done the same day I would have totally understood and went to a sew shop somewhere else for the time being. I will be back but I would appreciate not being told something and them not coming through especially after spending over $600+ over 3 visits. *************UPDATE************ Although I was upset with my service on the previous day their work speaks for itself. They are the best uniform shop in Reno/Sparks hands down. read more

I was really hoping to get a good experience from this store as I needed items for the academy I was attending. Nonetheless, it was unknown to me that there wasn't a return policy as the pants they hemmed didn't fit. In addition, the soles of the boots I purchased fell apart the first day of use. Would recommend purchasing from another store unless this is your only option. read more

They have hundreds of options for scrubs. A nice clean fitting room and very helpful staff. I am not sad Leila's is gone at all.

Took 1 top there 3 weeks ago for simple embroidery. Called after 2 weeks & they said they lost the top. Told me they would look and get back to me, never called. I followed up 2 days later and was told they found the top & it was being worked on next and it would be ready end of day and someone would call. No one called. Gave it another 2 days and followed up again. Was told once more it was being worked on as we were on the phone & someone would call within next few hours. Again, no surprise, no call. Asked them to just have the shirt at the front done or not & I will take my service elsewhere. read more

Maybe they do a good job for health care workers, but I am not happy with them for law enforcement uniforms. After a couple of mediocre experiences here, I decided to leave a review. The staff is nice enough but not always the most helpful, and the accuracy with getting uniforms done isn't great. They pretty much cater to a couple of agencies and otherwise, you're out of luck. At this point I won't give them a third try, and I will go back to Uniformity. read more

This review has nothing to do with Covid, solely on the business. Absolutely horrible customer service, they are friendly but in the most condescending and rude way. They don't carry the sizes they claim to so they'll order your size without telling you they need to order it before hemming it. I was told it would take a week. It's been 5 weeks and they still haven't started. They don't carry female ems clothes either, the jackets are all designed for men, so if you have a chest, good luck, if you have a bottom also good luck, they will fat shame you and put your order off, without telling you or asking. My class starts in a week which is why I ordered it a month ago and they still don't have my order. I paid over 400$ for clothes from them. They are unhelpful, sexist for ems and very fat shaming to customers. Highly don't recommend. read more

They have all the new styles, brands, colors and prints for scrubs and in EVERY size! I am so glad I found this place, it's clean spacious, hemming done in house for free, and the guy working is helpful and friendly. This place outdoes all the scrub stores I have been to in the Bay Area and north Bay by far. Found my go to spot for scrubs. Yay! read more

Always friendly but terribly unreliable. Ordered an item and after two weeks (when I was told it should be ready) they said they were just waiting for the shipment to arrive. Waited another three weeks and called again at which time I was informed the order had never actually been placed. Second time in about a year I've come to find out that items hadn't actually been ordered until more than a month after I was told they were. read more

To quote another review: "Really nice staff, but the customer service was horrendous." I went in over a month ago and needed a specific style item for my work which they did not have in stock. They said they would order it for me and have it in within three days. They took my name and number. I have called back every week for over 6 weeks at this point and have alternatively been hung up on, told that the order wasn't in yet but promised it would be, put on hold then hung up on, and told that they would call me back. This is the only place I can get this item and am very frustrated at this point. I think they are the only place in town for this kind of stuff so they are probably very overworked but in that case they need a better system in place. read more

So happy I found this place!! This is by far the BEST selection of scrubs I have ever seen and at great prices! No scrub store in Reno can compare to this place. Went in there today for the first time and the employees were super helpful and friendly...but seriously?! Can't get over their enormous selection! I will never go anywhere else! Also, when I went to check out, I was given a free Greys Anatomy tote, water bottle, stain remover pen, and button. read more

Great customer service. The shop was clean and had plenty of stock. I look forward to buying my uniforms local instead of online.

From the second I walked through the door I felt like family, because that is how I was treated. Haley is amazing, helpful, courteous and has a wicked sense of humor. I purchased a dress uniform shirt for my son and needed to have the patches put on right away. The owner went the extra mile to rush putting the patches on even though their regular person was on vacation. Everyone pitched in to make me feel welcome and ensure I got what I needed. Can't speak highly enough of the staff. Really pleased with this place. read more

What can I say other than great service. Every time I visit, the employees are immediately willing to help you out with whatever needs you may have. It is also great that they have a seamstress that does great work and is able to complete it quickly. Thank you Reno Uniforms for your great service! read more

Being in law enforcement it's hard to find a good uniform store that can cater to all your needs. Once I started shopping at Reno uniform I realized very quickly that I had finally found that one uniform place that can truly have everything that I need. They have wonderful customer service and even if they don't have the product you're looking for they will find a way to obtain it. They are even kid friendly! their prices are reasonable and they're tailoring service is amazing. I'm thankful I found them. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for any type of law enforcement uniforms or nursing uniforms. read more

I am so thrilled to have a decent uniform store in Reno!! The selection of scrubs is amazing, all the new styles, colors and fabrics. The owner is so nice and helpful.
