Woven Loafer - Finally found one I liked at Dillards, except for the color. There were NO woven loafers here at all. Okay, I just ordered 4 shoes online and it did NOT go through! Called the toll free # - Customer service (Vern) was good and helped us order. Will update after receiving shoes. Update - Got the shoes and they looked worn... Tried to reorder online, but again, I had issues... So I called customer service and asked for NEW pairs/reordered. Again, good service, but we will see what gets shipped. Update 2 - Now I am up to my 6th pair. Sadly, I had so many issues with the shoes not being new, the shoes were being shipped from so many different places, arriving on different days/times, and one never delivered, even though their website said they were delivered. If you buy different brands of shoes, and from different countries, all sizes are NOT equal... Some run larger, some smaller, etc. This is one of the reasons I am NOT an online customer. Defeats the purpose of "convenience." And I actually feel guilty returning all the wrong shoes. Also, there were so many difficulties with online ordering. Again, calling in service was good. Return service was good. Atmosphere - Good size, clean organized. Memorial Day promotion, other promotions, see pictures or website. Veteran & military discounts, see picture or website. Open 7 days a week from 10 m to 9pm and until 6pm on Sundays. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Self service. Price - $500, reasonable. Birkenstocks have price control, so it almost doesn't matter where you buy them from. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1991 with your 500+ stores. The second time, I was there to exchange two out of the three shoes I purchased. He quoted me their return policy and after I mentioned how he never stated that the first time I purchased shoes there AND I pointed out that he was the one that helped me, he then came at me saying "They do not have to disclose that with customers" like, what? Which one is it and why lie to a customer? As an employee you should hold yourself accountable and provide the correct information. I told him afterwards that I planned to write a review on this experience and he threatened me with getting security on me. LIKE WHAT?? For him being in the wrong? Never again. Not worth it. I would never begrudge somebody's right to take their lunch, but I don't think it was fair to her, that she was the only employee there. I get that finding employees is hard, but at the same time, I think more than one person should be working in the store. The lady that was working was really nice, and we were just there to pick up an online order, but when we were there, there were some other people that needed to pick up their online orders too. I'm giving it five stars, because the lady that was there was awesome! For the sake of any employee that is stuck there by themselves, I highly recommend that the company hire more people, because I couldn't imagine being the only employee in a multi customer situation like today. She handled it like a pro, but she shouldn't have had too.

The owner also seems super chill and friendly. Honestly though, the prices were insanely high, even for a resale shop. I'm all for spending a few extra bucks supporting small bucks, but this is much more than that. That said, if you're looking for a hard to find grail and money isn't an issue, he might have just have what you're looking for.
