The price point is extremely reasonable and for as many events that are on this UNRs social calendar it's a godsend! They have a deep inventory of any imaginable designs to suit any fun occasion. The staff must enjoy working here because they all seem to be having a good time bringing dresses back to the dressing rooms and checking on customers with smiles and general happiness. However after our last shopping experience at the Meadowood Mall store yesterday 4/18/26 at 3pm I am so relieved that we won't need anymore formal dresses. The store was crowded (which is to be expected on a Saturday this time of year), but we waited over an hour in line for the fitting room. The girl who was working the fitting rooms was polite and working very hard. The one cashier Bryana was extremely rude. Its obvious this girl dislikes her job. Im sure the store is running on bare minimum staff, but that is not a reason to be abrasive to customers. Most people shopping for prom is a once...maybe twice in a lifetime experience. Please dont act irritated when you are doing the job you were hired to do. Greeting customers, answering questions & helping others is a job requirement. The product quality and value for the clothes is extremely reasonable for Reno, but there are many dress shops in the area that people can go to and if the employees at Windsor are like Bryana, people do have other options for their shopping experience.

I generally dread small talk interactions at check-outs, but he makes it genuinely enjoyable. The store itself is great too. If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!

I like the fact that they have outdoor seating and have used it many times during the summer months. Since most the eating places are small, the outdoor areas are a huge plus. The pizza here is quite good, so go to try that. I like the Village atmosphere which is unique to Reno.
