They have a great hat selection, and their prices are very affordable! Their dressing rooms are large and decorated so well! LaShay, the assistant manager is amazing! She is welcoming and helpful and a perfect fit for the store. I met the owner and loved her! She is vivacious and sweet, and makes you feel right at home in her store! Went to jadaloftboutique to shop today and again.. blown away by this boutique! From the layout, the customer service, the clean and stocked bathrooms and dressing rooms..it was the best Saturday getting in some retail therapy! They had 30% off and 50% off the whole store. I came in today for the free 2 rodeo tickets with a purchase. I was promptly greeted and offered a beverage for shopping. Maddy and Yami were very helpful in assisting to find items that might work for me. They did pull two sizes of some of the recommended items, which was nice to be able to have since sizing did vary between the brands. One pair of pants that I really liked were a tad small, but they were able to get them from the other store so I can pick them up tomorrow! read more

Stopped by J'ada Loft while on a girls day in downtown Reno with some friends. The woman working the shop that day greeted us so kindly as we came in and then offered us all a mimosa. We walked around the boutique and she brought the mimosas to us as we shopped and tried on outfits. All three of us girls came away with such fun finds for some fall events that we're attending! I bought the cutest rust-colored corduroy jacket that will be perfect as the weather starts to get cooler. I wish that they had more of each item as it was difficult to find my size in certain items, but that's to be expected with a locally owned boutique as opposed to the mass-production of a larger commercial store. I love coming back to this location every time I visit my friends in the Reno area! read more

Great shopping experience at both J'ada Boutiques! Monica, at the South Virginia location, helped me find some great pieces my sweetie was purchasing for me for my birthday. She was not only helpful with what works for my body type in her inventory, she helped place my choices in a fitting room. I also have to mention J'ada offers a relaxing a fun experience with a mimosa or glass of wine while shopping. My only suggestion is to add a small shelf in the fitting room to place the delicious libation and keeps spills to a minimum. I plan to make Jada a regular place to check out on my local rounds for new pieces to add to my wardrobe. read more
