If I can't get to a Nordstrom, this is my go to in town. I've tried out a few other tailors in Reno but this is the place if you want things done quickly and above board. I will admit I don't expect the tailoring to be perfect (they seem to have some trouble with pants length as I like my pants to hit slightly at the top of my ankle when hemmed and have never gotten that done perfect from here but have from Nordstrom tailors) but they did a pretty good job letting out my suit coat (a hard ask). Thanks Raja for the professional service.

Raja is an expert at men's and women's tailoring. Wonderful human being. He also makes a great cup of coffee.

I went to buy a tux and the service there is amazing! He helped find what was perfect for my event and did an outstanding job on the alterations and embroidery. I 10/10 recommend, go check him out

Wow, I forgot to finish my review for the best tailor on earth. If you want a perfect fit without insane prices please stop by. Be patient! He is busy. Please see the card I posted below for accurate details. His number was listed incorrectly and I had to come by the shop.

Perfect fit and quality. I took a suit I bought from Express in to get fitted, had no idea what to expect. Raja helped measure me and gave suggestions on what he would do. It was a pleasure working with Raja, he is very humble and caring, and the suit turned out perfect! Don't forget to ask for his coffee, he makes the best!

Very rarely do I feel compelled to leave a five star review immediately upon leaving a shop. This place is worthy of that rare occasion. I've known that I needed to find a good tailor, and I've searched on and off for one, but the experience had been so harrowing that I was close to giving up. I found this place as a random Yelp search result and decided it had enough good reviews that I'd give it a try. The place moved a few doors down in the shopping center strip where it's located, so I almost left defeated, but found it at the last minute. It's in Suite 7 now - not 14. Upon entering, Raja, an Indian man with shoulder length black hair, greeted me immediately. I briefly explained that I almost left after having trouble finding the place with the info on Yelp, to which he explained that he's been getting to change the info on Yelp, and that he checks Yelp often. This guy cares about his business. I then explained that I was there because I had noticed that the shoulders on my sport coat had developed a horned look at the corners. He was quick to notice that thus happens when people grow their bodies, to which I responded that I am a bodybuilder and that it now makes sense why I didn't notice this when I first got the suit. As we went along, Raja was very helpful k explaining what the issues were and how he would plan to fix them, which helped me to open up about other issues I had with the jacket. With every new issue I presented, more education on why it occurred and how to fix it. This guy is very thorough about his work, which, as a perfectionist myself, I really like. Raja went on to tell me how there originally was a Michael, 89, who owned the place, but who passed away four weeks ago, and that the business has been around for 59 years. He shared with me stories about past customers he's helped that Dewalt with issues about forgotten purses and urgent need for next day service, which highlighted his moral stance and how he values customers before all else. After the suit jacket, he asked me about how I feel about my shirt, to which I responded that I knew the arms were too long. He began to describe how he could fix it, but I cautioned him that I would have to come back because I don't have another shirt and have to head to the office. He went so far as to look around to see if he had a shirt my size that he could loan me, so that I could get everything done in one trip. He didn't find one, but thr notion that he thought to look was nothing short of impressive. Before I left, he informed me that there are other ways to fix the jacket's issues that could be less costly and just as good a fix for these particular issues, and that he would try to assess whether those would work first before attempting the standard alterations. He said the work would take a week or less, and that he would call me to let me know when I could pick the jacket up. A week or less for all that work? Phenomenal. I am so glad I found this place, and, provided the result is good work as I'll find out when I pick up, I will never go any other place besides here. I am so excited to see the results, and look forward to recommending him to everyone in my office. Great job, Raja!

After trying a few other stores and spending over an hour searching, we left empty-handed. We decided to take a drive to Dillard's, and I'm so thankful we did. Within a minute of walking in, Charles greeted us and offered assistance without us even asking--which is definitely rare these days. I explained what we were looking for and a few specific requirements. As he walked us through the options, I mentioned that we needed a wide fit. He was honest and let us know they didn't carry traditional wide sizes, but then took the time to show us ECCO shoes with dual-fit insoles as an alternative. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Charles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, stayed calm while we tried on different pairs, and didn't hesitate when we asked for another size. We later found out he actually helped open this location--congratulations to him on his 20th anniversary! Dillard's management--you truly have a gem in Charles. You should be very proud to have him representing your store.

I thought I would go over here and see what they had. The salesgirls were all lovely and so helpful getting me set-up in a dressing room. The dressing rooms were very large but no mirrors so you are forced to go outside the room to look at the gowns...I mean this is fine but I was alone and a bit shy. The other customers were all so nice and friendly and offered to take photos of me to my daughter as we were FaceTime ing during my visit, I must get bride approval for all 3 of my outfits. We have a family dinner Thursday night, then then welcoming party Friday evening and finally the big wedding day on Saturday. The prices here are incredibly reasonable and I liked every single dress I tried on! How often does that happen ladies?? Never for me that's for sure. Both dresses I ended up buying we're on sale...whoo hoo! The price for both was like $130... Unbelievable! The return policy was one week because my daughter thought that the one for the wedding was not dressy enough. The wedding is at a 5 star place and both Friday and Saturday are both black tie. This was a Friday afternoon that I purchased them so I had one week to see if I could find anything that was better suited for me. The store itself was very organized and very clean dressing rooms. I liked this place and I'm very sure that they do good business here since it's the only bridal shop in town. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
