My wife and I came with a Levi's denim jacket that we gifted our friend and unfortunately didn't fit our friend well. Lauren and Nina however were able to help out and find a matching jacket and were able to trade it in for a different size! Terrible customer service. Came back to return jeans and the female sales associate helping us was incredibly hostile. She didn't seem to understand how the sales were on the receipt and was accusatory of me bringing in items that did not match my receipt because of the way the item was tagged by the store itself. I bought them less than a week ago and after consulting with her manager, she came back and returned the items with limited explanation of her lack of understanding to the store process. Walked in Saturday morning ready to buy some jeans. 3 girls were working, not a single one greated. They saw we were pointing to get some jeans, didn't offer help. I hate going into physical stores especially now with all of the COVID restrictions in place, I always feel unsure about physically touching the items and try to avoid doing so if I don't absolutely plan on purchasing them. This Levi's store made it super easy and friendly for me to exchange a pair of jeans I had bought online that didn't fit. Kelsey was super helpful in finding me a similar pair that would fit and even honored the sale price that I purchased them for. The store was super clean and there were plenty of staff members to keep everything sanitized and provide you with a covid safe shopping experience. It was a super quick and painless exchange and I definitely won't hesitate going back to physically shop the store in the future. I will say, make sure you check their store operating hours as they are a very limited right now and they are not open on Fridays. read more

I've been looking for new jeans for two months buying jeans online over and over just be very disappointed. Today I decided to try The Levi's Store at the Sparks Marina Outlet. Upon entry Jojo came in and offered to help me. I told her what I was looking for and my measurements and within 15 minutes I was checking out with three pairs of jeans (which I love) retailing over $300 for only $38.09. I expected to pay $150. I was the only customer in the store with my three young children in tow. I desperately needed a pair of pant as my only pair of jeans had finally ripped after a year of wear. I know I like the quality and already knew my size so I stopped in to get a replacement pair. The two workers never once asked if I needed help finding anything as I struggled to find my size with a tired hungry one year old squirming and screaming in my arms. I finally found a pair about 15 minutes later. I got home and went to wash my jeans and of course the security tag is still attached. My Service from both staff members I worked with was wonderful. They went over all of the sales available that day and asked me if I had men in my family before going over the men's sales. I was outside waiting but I heard a female employee rudely screamed at my daughter for not reporting to her. I grabbed my daughter and we walked out. Was all that screaming really necessary? Not sure if he was a racist or just a terrible employee. But the guy in the pink-ish shirt. You know who you are. The chunky guy in the store that refused to help me even tho I was clearly trying to get help. Totally ignored me even after I said it loud enough 2 customers turn to me. I was in the Levi's Outlet in Sparks, NV. yesterday. I needed to exchange three pair of pants, as I wasn't aware of how much the "shrink to fit" shrinks when they are first washed. I was helped by Erica. She was very cheery and professional. She was helping many people at once with nothing but professionalism. When it came to be my turn, Erica showed me how to tell what size to get when they are shrink to fit. I wasn't aware of that. She took my pants at the counter, she found one pair that I needed off the shelf and one from the back room. She also called the Gilroy, Ca store to have them ship one directly to my home, all with a smile on her face. I offered to by an additional pair from the Gilroy location if they had them, just so she would have a sale along with all of the returns. She set that up and when it was time to take my credit card for payment, instead of blurting out the numbers for all to hear, she ducked down behind the counter to softly recite the first eight numbers and then stood up to give the last eight. What a professional thing to do. I was more than impressed with that move. Erica was more than helpful with me. I will forever remember the extra step she took to safeguard my credit card number. What a class act she is. For Levi's, I will go nowhere else. read more
