My husband had a business card on file from a previous purchase, but he wanted several changes and RPS was up to the task. The original card was one-sided, and he wanted changes to that front side and also to add graphics to the back of the card, making it a two-sided colored-ink card. There were several back-and-forth emails to confirm exactly what he wanted and to look at proofs. On one of the exchanges, RPS had taken the extra step of showing us an option we had not considered and ended up using. Both text and graphics are very sharp, even though some had to be made small to fit on the card. Customer service was always quick and courteous. If you need any sort of printing done, we highly recommend Reno Print Store. NOTE: Regarding the photo, take into consideration it's been saved to my computer in a few different formats and I had to use the snipping tool as well. In real life the images are very sharp and clear; I added the photo to provide an idea of the complexity of the work RPS can do.

I guess I hadn't realized how much simple name badges had gone up in price since purchasing several years ago. I remember the last time I purchased from a company that was local and unfortunately owners have retired, so that's no longer business option. Previously badges were between eight and $10, today the estimate was around $22 apiece. Now that's quite an uptick, especially for a nonprofit, to be coming up with for 13 badges. i went ahead and placed the order, because we do need the badges. But I think I might shop around further if I need another set made.

He moved both our washer AND dryer to access the dryer vent. He explained everything that he was doing and proceeded to replace our dryer vent tubing as the 'off the shelf' tubing WAS too long and readily kinking. On-site video showed that our exhaust venting was in good shape. Everything put back in place and dryer worked well afterwards. I will say that when we called to schedule that I got a LOCAL call center and that I spoke to the franchise OWNER on a post-service call! Readily recommend this locally owned business!

As an adoptive parent looking to build a family, there is fear and insecurity and lots of unknowns. Enter Adoption Choices of Nevada. We started working with them for an adoption of a second child for our family. They were so friendly and helpful. They were excited and informative of the entire process. We immediately were presented to an expectant mother and father who ultimately selected us. Here is what happened. We fell in love with our son's parents. We live on the East Coast and even though this wasn't our first adoption, it was our first time traveling across the Country to adopt. They were so helpful getting us to Reno and setting expectations on the process with ICPC. The agency and our adoption case worker, Lainie was available at all hours and facilitated as many contacts as requested so we could get to know one another. After all, they were considering placing their baby in our home. A call came in the middle of the night that our son was on his way. We immediately flew out to meet him. We stayed and roomed in with the baby (Bio Family's Request) and bonded together until and after discharge. The agency made sure to help our son's bio family getting them settled with a place to stay and I'll say this. Even after the paperwork was signed. The agency didn't lose interest with them and neither did we. This was our son's family. The agency guided us in the legal ways we could still assist them. Lainie did this because of her big heart. She connect with her clients and adoptive families. I'll leave with you this no matter where you are on your journey with adoption. The journey is filled with fear which can seem a mile high and mile wide but in fact; it is only paper thin. Once you step through that fear and ask for what you need whether you're an expectant parent or an adoptive parent, there is room for much love and greater understanding on the other side. Our family is richer because we have BOTH our son's biological families in our lives. Our boys will grow up with an abundance of love. We have had two failed matches (from other agencies) and then we received an email about a situation from Lainie here at adoption choices. She answered every question and a million emails from me in the span of a day. She called the hospital to find answers to questions that I had about medical situations. She just went above and beyond to give us all the information possible. We were able to confidently go into the situation feeling comfortable because of her. Plus, his prices are fair and honest -- and he never tries to up-sell you. I recently worked with Dustin to pre-plan my mom's final wishes. She's 88-yrs-old and isn't planning on leaving this world anytime soon... but she's a planner! So when mom told me she didn't want to burden her family with determining (and having to pay for) her final arrangements after she passes, I gave Dustin a call to set up a meeting. Dustin was awesome! On his suggestion, we met at mom's home to discuss options and complete the paperwork. This was a nice option vs. going to the Funeral Home, which might've been a little more "jarring" or disturbing to mom. Dustin spent time getting to know mom before we got down to the business at hand, and by the time we were through, mom felt like she'd made a new friend. She now has the peace-of-mind that her daughters won't have an additional burden placed on them after her passing. As for me, I'm relieved that mom's wishes are now officially documented which will undoubtedly cause less tension between me and my siblings when dealing with mom's final arrangements -- there can be no argument about what her final wishes were, as they are well documented and pre-paid for at a time when she was of sound mind and body. Oh... almost forgot the best part: because of mom's pre-planning, today's cremation rates apply no matter how much those costs may go up between now and the time she eventually leaves this world. That provides additional peace of mind for all involved. Calls are recorded so I really hope they can confirm where things got missed. This was a tremendous waste of time and I would highly recommend people look at alternative companies, based on my experience. Customers service reps were professional but that does not excuse the wasted time of scheduling an appointment and leaving work early to have nothing scheduled.
