I'm writing this review after visiting the store twice and waiting in store for over an hour again just to return equipment. Now they do offer appointments, but let me tell you that I have watched more than a few of those people check-in and wait a considerable amount of time beyond their appointment time to be seen, and this is another indicator that something needs to be fixed. The process here is broken, and quite apparently inefficient and not designed with customer experience in mind. The entirety of my transaction took 5 minutes and could have easily been processed numerous times during the hours I spent standing around. This was made even more apparent after watching all of the associates repeatedly wander the store, in and out the backroom, and stop to check in on the same customers standing around waiting for updates and data migrations to complete on their devices, all while there's a store full of customers waiting, many of whom are obviously there for the same reason as I. At one point a manager/leader approached me and mentioned I'd been waiting quite a while, so I explained what I needed to do and he made no offer to help expedite the process. The solution is simple. Keep a register open just for equipment returns and make a policy that anyone walking in with equipment be served in between walk-ins and appointments as associates are freed up.

They charged me full price for these devices and I got ripped off to the tune of about $1000. At least 10 trips to the store to speak with the store manager and multiple calls to corporate customer service did not help. 2nd strike: A year ago I also asked them to suspend the line (turn it off) on one of the IPADS. They only suspended the device (so it didn't work anymore like you do to a naughty teenager) but they kept charging me and I didn't notice until now. They blamed me because I used the word "suspend" and they would not concede even though there has been no usage for a year. Silly me, I should have noticed on the bill and I didn't, but bottom line, I'm done with ATT after 30 years. I recommend you find another provider.

    This Apple Store has never let me down. Great service, experience, and products all around…read more I've visited here for MacBook service, product purchases, and just to shop. It's an Apple Store, so for the most part you know what to expect, but every once and awhile they have some fun non-Apple branded accessories. The value of Apple products is arguably poor in some instances, but I think the products are superior to many other brands you can buy, especially when it comes to laptops. The only downside of this store is that there can often be a wait to checkout or get service. I would highly recommend an appointment if you know you'll need service or if you're making a large purchase with lots of questions. There was one instance here where an employee argued with me whether a product existed or not, surprise... I was right! Other than that all of the employees have been great here. This being the only Apple Store in the area makes it a specialty store for sure, but still a great store offering a great experience.

The age old adage "you get what you pay for" holds true for Apple's support after the sale. My phone is four years old, ancient by today's standards, but they still support it no questions asked.     We went in to get two new phones and check out their internet. We were with Sprint for years and…read morethey merged with T-mobile. So all together it was a long time. The guy seemed a little new and he kept having to get help from the girl that worked there. He was working the numbers on two new phones and we ended up in a contract for two years and we only had to pay tax which was high because it was based on two $800 phones. Then we asked about their internet service and decided to add that to the plan. We saved a little money there on the monthly bill. We get two weeks to try it out and then after that we are locked in. So far so good with the internet. My main issue is that we were stuck there for 3 hours. Our son and wife were with us and they were stuck there because we drove with them. It just went on and on and he was on the phone with someone for awhile. They need to streamline this process if they want future business. No one want to spend that much time standing there waiting for the service they are paying for. Next time we will go to a corporate store.

Time to see what other plans might be a better fit for me/us. But because we are business customers, they have to email the representative to get back to us. And I noticed that the plan I signed up for 2 years ago has all been changed?!?! The good news is that I believe it changed for the better...? Atmosphere - Small location. Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm and onSundays from 10am to 6pm. Service - 5 stars. Two team members and two customers ahead of us. They helped the two customers and us in a timely fashion. In and out within half an hour. We actually got the manager helping us today. Corporate TMobile service = 1-2 stars.... Price - We will see what they can do for us.
