I have a local business, who sized her hand, made the adjustments to the item, and I have a warranty, and a place to have the jewelry item maintained. Top notch customer service also. Good clear communication, and when one rep was out, their internal communication allowed another one to pick right up and get the order going. Extremely pleased so far.

I wanted to try on a 26 or 28 for size. While they no longer sell new Rolex's, they offered to source one from the resell market. Instead, I tried on a similar watch style and size in both the Omega Constellation and a Breitling Chronomat but didn't care for the feel of those. I wandered over to see their Longines collection and tried on the Dolcevita mini and decided that would be my early birthday gift. It is completely different than what I came in for, but I love the look and feel of the watch and Longines was a Swiss brand I was intrigued by as well. The mini was too big for my wrist, but Scott said they could remove the links before I left the store. Since this location is a Longines dealer, they can also replace my battery if needed. We were both offered water and to have my rings cleaned while we waited which was a nice touch. Once the extra links were removed, I decided to just wear my new watch out. Along with the nice storage box, we also received a cute Longines branded pen as a gift. I really appreciate the time and attention Scott spent with me as I decided to find a new watch. When I'm ready for another watch, I will definitely reach out to Scott for assistance and will tell my friends to do the same.

My wife needed a new battery for her watch - $40?!?! After getting the quote, I offered to just buy my wife a new watch! Or maybe I can swap out the battery myself? I used to do that when I was much younger, but I guess have gotten lazier (and blinder) in my older age. I will update this review if I can swatch out the battery myself. Either way, I will buy her a new watch. Ambiance - Small shop inside the women's Macy's; there is a Men's Macy's in this mall also. Oh, and a Macy's furniture location across the street. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in and was promptly helped. The quote I received from Precision was not only the best rate out of three quotes, they let me know that the repair could be completed within 24 hours! The other two joints said it would be at least a week and one said they'd have to send it out to the Bay Area for the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Diamonds & Jewelry to anyone needing fine jewelry repaired. The ring was repaired so well that it looked like it did when it was brand new. In addition to repair, they have a great selection of jewelry for purchase. Awesome job, Precision! And thanks for making my partner so happy!
