The screen is one of the main components you are paying for with a higher end phone. He then tells me AMOLED is going to be expensive. It's a USED SCREEN, and at this point I just want a screen in my phone and it was in ok condition. He put the screen in, I pick it up. THE E6000 glue he used to put it together is A MESS OOZING OUT EVERYWHERE and THE BACK OF MY PHONE IS COMING OFF. I'm sure if I went back he would agree to "Fix" it, but no thanks. I just brought in a scale today, with the employee immediately identifying the type of battery at a quick glance on my fifth step into the store, even before opening the compartment. Grabbing the product from the shelf and emerging from the back room with a set of every conceivable speciality screwdriver on the planet, he adeptly unwound the tiny screw, switched the batteries with a flick of the wrist, and finished the transaction. These guys came through every time. Service was completed within hours of walk-in. There were three cases involved. One was a cell phone that partially drowned in water that they took care of right away. Another was a cracked display. Finally, one phone lost its power up button. Cost of repair was reasonable.
