Staff is nice, but this is not the location for your Amazon returns. I've been to this location maybe 5 times for returns and 3 of those I have been turned away. Scanner isn't working today we can't do returns, we don't have any labels, we don't have any boxes. There is always something, but it's also a matter of customers waiting in the designated return line for some time before an employee addresses it. I believe Staples has Amazon Returns to get people to shop in their store. A few weeks back I came in for an Amazon Return and no employees acknowledged me. After about 5 minutes I ask someone in the print area if someone was available to do Amazon Returns. She simply said, You just have to wait! I told her I am not demanding just asking. She just looked the other way. No acknowledgement, no someone will be with you soon. After several had lined up at the Amazon return counter a staff came over and did my return but let me know that they didn't have we enough staff to do this and he would probably just shut down the Amazon Return station soon. Not having staff is difficult. I understand. I thought maybe it had been a hard day. Then I remembered it was Saturday at 10:10 am and Staples had just been open for 10 minutes and the staff I encountered were already tired of customers.I realized I was not welcome at Staples. I don't believe anyone would have been upset if they had to wait if they were shown a bit of human kindness. read more

This Staples sits in the heart of busy Franklin in a large shopping center shared with Dick's, Kroger and few other eateries and retail spots located on Mallory Lane. I popped in one evening in search of a desk chair, more specifically a drafting chair due to a high desk I have at home. There were a few Associates standing around the center aisle, but as I passed them twice none of them acknowledged me. I wandered around and up/down the chair aisle and finally on my way back towards the front, one of the Associates asked if I needed help. I was able to let her know what I needed and she directed me to online, as they did not carry drafting chairs in store. The store was dated, but well kept organized and stocked. You guys just need to stop offering Amazon returns here. I've used Staples twice for returns. The first time, the guy complained the entire transaction about how he hates dealing with Amazon returns. Today, several of us were there 3 minutes before opening. TO BE FAIR one guy was extremely irritating, knocking on the door asking them to open 3 minutes early. I GET that that's annoying. We were also annoyed by him. But when the store opened, I walked to the returns desk and stood patiently. The woman in the print center walks up and says "you're going have to wait, there's nobody here for that and I'm busy." So I asked "should I come back later?" She then yells for someone to come back to do the return. The dark haired guy with curl hair walks up and says "bar code" and that was the entirety of conversation for the entire duration. When I looked at my receipt, it says 1 return when I returned 5 of the same thing. Hopefully that's not a deal. You guys acted like someone died. Customers are annoying, personal professionalism goes a long way. I was prepared to be extra nice because of the irritating guy. All attitudes were so bad I couldn't wait to get out of there. I miss Whole Foods for returns. They were nice even when they were irritated. read more

I've always had good success with the print and copy techs at Staples. Yesterday, they "one-upped" themselves. I arrived at 7:00 PM to pick up my copies/laminates and they were closing for the night. I didn't realize that I had arrived right at closing time and I was told the store was closed. When I announced that I just had a pick-up, they hustled me over to the print area and then to a register. I was in and out in about 2 minutes. Saved me a trip - THANKYOU read more

Friendly staff, great clearance deals but insanely high prices on normal items. Staples you have to at least come close to Amazon if you don't want to go out of business... the reward program is pointless unless you spend massive money here as well. read more

Please do not use the STAPLES at highway 70 Bellevue- the clerks are very rude. I am 71 years old and they did not help me enlarge a copy - I was in tears when I left. I have to wonder about the parents of these young clerks and what they have taught their children. Also, STAPLES Corporation must have no respect for the elderly. I am notifying AARP of their complete lack of regard for senior citizens. read more

Wonderful service! I came in early hoping to complete a couple print jobs quickly, the rep who assisted me Son, was awesome! He made sure all my jobs got completed so quickly, even one service that is supposed to require 24hrs notice! Went yesterday to get a desk. Picked one out, took the tag up front, waited 10 mins then get "uh, we're out of that one, would you like to order one?" Uh no, I needed one today. Asked if we could have the floor model and were told no. So we went back to the desk section and picked out another one, took the tag to the front, waited 10 mins and were told "uhhh, we're out of that one too. Would you like to order one?" NO, We needed one today for our business. We asked if we could have the floor model again and were told no. WTH? Terrible stock and service. Not Happy!! read more

I have been to the store a couple of times service was okay. Today their truck driver swerved across two lanes on the interstate to make the exit. If I hadn't braked hard (luckily no one was close behind me) the Staples truck would have smashed into my car. Called local management twice and they were too busy to talk. I will order on Amazon moving forward. read more

just spent an hour waiting to print. the employees didnt even acknowledge me waiting for 30 monites than had me email the document than more time passed and they asked me to put it in drop box. I just had to leave. Beyond bad customer service. I want to be reimbursed for my time. read more

Walked in today with an immediate need to buy an office chair. They had all kinds of display chairs lined up, but no inventory. The clerk, who I had to hunt down to help me, was not very happy about having to look in the back for one. Of course, she came back and said "No stock, but I can order you one". I explained that I needed one today. I offered to buy the display chair "as is". She said "I can't sell you the display chair because then customers will get mad if they cannot try out the chair before they buy it". I said, "You don't have any chairs in inventory if they do try it and like it anyway- now I am annoyed". Went across the street to Office Depot. Problem solved! read more
