The UPS Store - UPDATED STORE HOURS AS OF 9.7.24 - Printing Services Near Me - Franklin, Tennessee

Even though in 2025, I committed to cancelling my Amazon Prime and have done my best to reduce utilizing it - I got offered a 30 day free trial and got back on for stocking up on necessities. I prefer this spot for returns over Whole Foods bc it's guaranteed to be staffed and have space for you items - several times I have been left Whole Foods disappointed that I could not complete my return due to their self-service kiosk being full or being unstaffed. I almost always have a very little wait time here and the staff is very helpful and kind. I also would choose this spot over USPS for my shipping of packaged items for ease and speed. They are in a shopping plaza, so plenty of shared parking available. As far as, ambience it's a small shop so the line can get long, and it oddly smells reminiscent of a tanning salon, lol, maybe that's due to the hair salon next door. I am so appreciative to Bansari. I live in California and was having a guitar amplifier being delivered from a friend who lives in Franklin. The UPS driver forgot to drop off my amp when he came to my home. It caused quite a bit of anxiety and worry as you can imagine. I called the original store where my friend had shipped the guitar amplifier. Spoke w/Bansari and he did such a wonderful job of calling the warehouse out here in Baldwin Park and putting me in touch within 30 minutes with the dispatch. My amplifier was delivered less than an hour after our initial conversation. Really appreciate the customer service and how BANSARI went the extra mile. Highly recommended. read more

I normally don't leave reviews, but I went in the other day looking to ship a couple items and had previous issues with packaging at a different store, but Bryce was quick to help me out and assist me in solving the issue. This is the one closest to my house and I go miles out of my way to avoid this location. Every time I forget and actually go there, I'm reminded at how awful they are. Do yourself a favor and go to any other UPS store but this one. ***This is a reply to this stores comment below- no phone service is way down at the bottom of the list of how awful this location is. Price gauging, not helpful, rude, zero customer service, closing early etc... among other things, are more toward the top of the list. This has been happening for years at this location. read more

Excellent experience. Respectable and professional staff was very helpful and I have never seen such an efficient team. With positivity and smiles they quickly and accurate served I would say easily 20 people in the 35 mins I was there most of which was spent waiting on a printing job - not waiting in the line).m. Beware of price gouging. As I shipped multiple boxes off, had the (not so brilliant) idea to pick up the stamps I needed as well. When I got home and examined my receipt, I learned I paid $36 for 40 stamps (.90 cents for a .66 cent stamp)! I called the store and they have a no refund policy. I have purchased stamps in many non-postal locations over the years and have always just paid face value. My bad obviously for not asking. But I think the store could be a lot more transparent with their pricing. In my opinion, they're preying on their unsuspecting customers. read more

I wanted to like this place they have helped me a couple times with Amazon returns and were fairly efficient but not happy that I just emailed them three copies to be printed and it just cost me five dollars because they add on the computer fee and a this fee and a that fee I feel that five dollars for a three copies pretty excessive read more

I purchased an item through an auction firm in Nashville and they took the items (a vintage sewing machine and accessories) to this UPS store for packing and shipping. They were supposed to contact me before shipping. They had already done the packing without my okay but, since I now live in Houston, I had little choice. The packing cost was almost $70 so I assumed (incorrectly) that they had done an outstanding packing job. Their shipping estimate was about 3 times more than the cost using my UPS account. They would not bill to my account, but allowed me to email a label. When the box arrived I was shocked. They did little more than throw in a few air pillows and did not immobilize the other items in the box including some very heavy sewing weights. The machine was seriously damaged and it's not clear that it can be repaired. It was fully functional before shipping. More importantly, they did not inform me (and I'm not sure this is correct) that by using my own UPS shipping account I had no warranty if items were damaged. When I tried to contact them repeatedly, they ghosted me. The auction company finally got them to respond after more than a month but they are not doing anything. UPS rejected the damage claim because the packing did not meet their standards. This store owner lied when she said it was packed according to UPS standards. I would NOT trust them with anything of value. They are not ethical people. I am going to try to pursue this with UPS but have little faith as this is a franchise. I cannot warn you more strongly not to use this UPS Store. They overcharge and under deliver. Note that I do a lot of shipping in my own business and have sold more than 2000 items on eBay, so I understand shipping and packing. read more

Excellent customer service! There often will be a line but the employees move the line quickly and are always, without exception the nicest, most professional and helpful people! I go to this location often with Amazon returns usually and I have never experienced anything but kindness and a smile! So if you see a line, don't despair, the line will move quickly and the friendliness of the staff will make you glad you waited! read more

I have had wine dropped off at this location for 10 to 12 deliveries. They charged me $10 which seemed a bit high but I was willing to pay. This last delivery the increased the cost to $20 without giving me any warning at all. Certainly didn't appreciate the doubling of the price without any warning at all read more

This store has lost three of my packages in less than three years. When confronting them about the lost packages, they give you lip service, but don't actually fix the problem. The first two lost packages eventually made it back to the store (due to putting the wrong mailbox sticker on my package and giving it to someone else who ended up returning it to the store, and the other - Lord knows how it showed up), and the third I'm still waiting for them to find (shipper shows it was signed for) TEN DAYS LATER. Also, you can't file a claim with UPS, because UPS stores are individually owned franchises - so you're at the mercy of the store owner. read more

I desperately needed to get some papers notarized and UPS was here to get the job done! The notary at my bank was either sick on vacation at all locations near me (I will reference this in my BOA review). I needed to get something done quickly and UPS was there to do it! Each stamp cost $15 (more than the previous $12) so it's a little pricey. If you need it done and your bank can't seem to get their act together, this is the place to go! read more

UPS Store franchises can charge whatever they want for services. Want a single-sided, single-page black & white printout on 8.5x11 copy paper at this location? sure no problem, they recommend emailing it to the store. Cost? $3.15! Apparently for a "computer fee". Staff on duty deceptively claimed this is the "same price as online theupsstore.com prepaid print", which was cute. Anyway store's great for Amazon returns, but not much else. Spend the extra few minutes and drive to Mallory Lane UPS store if at all possible, and print it yourself there for $0.10. Much better all around! Hard pass people. I am supply chain professional. I know how much it cost to mail things and how much the supplies cost. this UPS store apparently lives on Mars. First of all they don't carry any UPS supplies unless they are the great big giant boxes so you are forced to buy their packing materials which are ridiculous- for a bubble mailer they charge $4.59, apparently the mailer is lined with gold. I can 100 bubble envelope from Uline for $23.00. 200% mark up you've got to be kidding me Then there is the amazing customer service... Oh wait I didn't have that either. The gal who "helped" me had an f-u face and on top of it couldn't figure out how to send it via US Postal Service. Apparently USPS doesn't reach Oregon. read more

Stopped here to send numerous items to a few different places. I had to cancel a driving trip in the middle of the route. Need to send some of the stuff in my car ( dishes, paintings, kitchen appliances) on to the place I was going, and My clothes and accessories back home. I walk with a cane and am not as mobile as I once was. When I explained to them what I needed to do, two employees came out to my car and unloaded it for me. Sorted out the two piles, and packed everything too. I was informed of costs as each box was packed, and walked though the whole process, while sitting and watching. They took an all day job and did it in two hours. Fantastic place, and very polite too. Don't understand the negative reviews, unless the reviewers have some other problem with the owners, that don't belong here on a business profile. read more
