Unfortunately, this particular UPS Store consistently nickel-and-dimes its customers with excessive fees for basic services. Most recently, they've begun charging a \$2.50 "setup fee" just to print documents sent to their email. There is no actual setup involved--just opening an email and pressing print. It's hard to justify these kinds of charges as anything other than putting profits above people. We are a community, and we should support businesses that value their customers and treat them with respect. I can no longer support a store that prioritizes squeezing every cent from its patrons, and I encourage my neighbors to consider other options for their printing and shipping.
