Since moving locations, there is an obvious worsening in customer service. The staff now is not knowledgeable about products and services. They refuse to extend even a basic courtesy of completing a pre labeled shipment because it is at closing time, not past it. Staff make snarky curt responses like "if they packed it right it won't break" when an employee drops a package marked "fragile" on the counter with a thump and clank of contents. I've used this store for over 11 years and I am identifying an immediate issue. The owners need to make a serious overhaul. read more

Horrible customer service from the older girl with choppy black hair cut. She was so condescending to me and my husband concerning a fax she "supposedly " sent but she actually keyed in wrong number. Another blonde headed girl then came over and tried to defend her incompetency and told us it would take 30 minutes for fax to go thru! Really? I've never had a fax take that long. She keyed it in again and it went thru in less than 1 minute! Both of these employees need to be retrained in CS skills plus fax machine! I won't be back to this location! read more

The owner of this store spent more time lecturing me than she did helping me. Numerous times. She is sanctimonious, shows absolutely no empathy or sympathy, stressed customer service but has no idea what it means and treated me like a child. All in front of her employees and the other customers. She has absolutely no tact or diplomacy. Her employees are all helpful and nice. She may want to follow their example. read more

I have never dealt with a more rude person than the owner. For years I've been coming in for service, which has always been exceptional from her employees. Then she waited on me and the experience was horrible. She spoke to me in the most-condescending way; told me she didn't like my attitude, even though numerous times I thanked her for her help; and spoke down to me so harshly I left in tears (quite a feat). I went back a few weeks later and one of her minions loudly told me I was no longer welcome there. That's OK. I'm using another UPS store and being treated with respect there. First, what a horrible location with crappy parking. They should hang a large banner that states "Check your paperwork and tracking info. This is not the United States Postal Service"... the must always be 2-3 people tying up the line with that issue. read more

My neighborhood UPS store. I am able to get in and out quickly. Full service and where UPS will drop a home delivery if I am not available.

The friendliest and most efficient staff I have seen in a while. I had to get something notarized and had been to a bank that we were sent to, the bank was rude. Terrible service. I paid approximately $20 for shipping of a very important product that was worth about $800. I told the girl shipping my product I need to purchase the best possible shipping package so I know it gets to its location. She proceeded to say okay and provided me a tracking number and said if you have any issues this will provide its tracking as we have been having some tracking problems. During the process, she input my name incorrectly, the clients name and the description of the product all inaccurate. I said something about it and she just said oh okay and wrote with a pen partially the correction and said all the other didn't matter since the address was correct. Turns out the package was lost. I call and speak to the owner of this location, filed a claim and they offered $100! What a joke!! Didn't offer anything else to help resolve the issue. The owner said oh well you should have purchased the insurance, in which, I was under the impression I did. However, the employee did not listen to practically a word I was saying during the entire encounter so she did not add it. Oh then I went to reship the new product that I had to pay for again and to have it reshipped and was told it was $50 to ship it again. I lost so much money shipping through this UPS Gallatin, TN store and the owner and staff were the least bit helpful or even apologetic. BEWARE! read more

I use UPS for mailbox.Been customer around 8 years.They are starting to go threw lots of turn overs.The people have always been super nice.My complaint is they never tell me I have packages.When they receive my package,they sign for it,they put notice in my box and that's where it ends.They won't email mail and tell me I have packages so now I have to waste my time fighting to get parking spot to find out I have nothing.I'm about to drop them and drive to Hendersonville!?? read more

POOR SERVICE! THEY DONT STAND BEHIND SERVICE OFFERED I was sent a package from this location, we paid $296.89 to get it overnight as it was so IMPORTANT we received. Package arrived next day (FRIDAY) to Ontario CA at 6:30 a.m. I am exactly 25 minutes away from the Ontario HUB.... Let me tell you it was a HOT day. About 105 degrees. Apparently UPS decided the HEAT WAS LABELED AS inclement weather and did NOT delivering my package. So Not only did we not receive this package Friday, I didn't receive it Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. On Wednesday afternoon I FINALLY received it. So, I am trying to understand Why UPS feels they DONT NEED TO REFUND US? Package was HERE, just 20 minutes away the day it was suppose to be here yet never left the HUB!!!! The only inclement weather was HOT. I don't mind paying a regular shipping price BUT paying for guaranteed OVERNIGHT Delivery to be delivered 6 days later seems RIDICULOUS. IRONICALLY, a second package was sent the same day from a different location but sent via FEDERAL EXPRESS and guess what??? THAT PACKAGE MADE IT ON TIME and crazy part was it didn't even cost as much!!!!! I truly understand that if there was truly inclement weather and package unable to leave - I get it, but it arrived at 6:30 a.m. and was just 20 minutes away!!!! I even called trying to go get it myself and I was given the run a round everytime. Just Ridiculous. UPS Truly dissapointed us by not refunding money on a SERVICE THEY FAILED ON. We said we would pay for regular service and they still denied. So Wrong. FED EX is my new go to. read more

DO NOT USE "ANY" UPS services. Plain and simple I paid $297.84 on Thursday to ship over night delivery on Friday. Per their own records package left TN Thursday and arrived in Ontario CA on Friday. It was not delivered until WEDNESDAY!! WHAT!!! Now they will not refund my money claiming "bad weather", again WHAT??? NEVER AGAIN!! Snail mail 2day would have gotten there faster. Also the package I sent FedEx the same day got delivered on time!! So again WHAT weather??? They are trying to loop hole not refunding my money. read more

I had some rush documents that I needed to have signed by someone in the area. This store did a wonderful job with receiving them via e-mail, printing them out, and afterwards scanning and returning them, all in a very short time frame. Highly recommended! read more

I dropped off 2 pkgs & one needed a new label. the lady at the counter said she could print a new label for me & helped me through the process of printing it. this above & beyond service has become rare & I appreciate it the young woman was beyond helpful, friendly & personable. unfortunately I did not get her name but I hope UPS recognizes the goodwill she is generating for their business. Was sending a package for return to a company in the same box it came to me in. Took it to UPS with the preprinted shipping label, got a receipt, gone. Got a package today via UPS it's the same package that was supposed to be returned. The dumb girl didn't cover up the old shipping label with the new label! It was required for return to send back in same package received it in. Couldn't believe UPS sent it back to me. How stupid read more

Every interaction I've had with the staff at this location is always superb! I've shipped items personally and for work and they always take care of it quickly and professionally. I recently went there to get a poster printed. They couldn't print it on site due to it being in color but they had it printed and shipped in. It arrived as scheduled and to my surprise, it was not printed on poster paper but on banner vinyl! I'm sure I paid for that but was super impressed that it was not cheap paper but high quality vinyl that I can keep and will hold up for years. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in with a paid shipping label and just needed a UPS envelope. They do not have any that are free for ground shipments. You can get more from a drop box then from the actual store. This is just one reason I avoid them whenever possible. I am sure they would have been happy to sell me an envelope yet none was offered. I will take my business to Pony Express - so much nicer. read more
