Mike and Crystal along with their entire staff run this store with care and concern for getting it right. I come in often and they know me by name. I have my own shelf for packages, and they grab whatever I have to give to me before I even enter the store. (They see my car.) Mail is tricky and sometimes there's goof-ups, not the store's fault, but they do everything they can to find out what's going on or what happened in order to get my package to me. Always a bowl of candy out, or you can ask for a bottled water and get it! Great people, great business. I hope they stay a long time because they are good at what they do! read more

I had to send a fax with my 8 year old daughter in tow - who of course wasn't thrilled to be tagging along for this - and when we left she immediately asked 'When do we get to come back here?' And I felt the same way! The couple working today with their handsome dog, Max was beyond welcoming, friendly, helpful & generous to say the least. I live in California and purchased a pair of vintage 1968 speakers from a gentleman in Tennessee. These are quite large and very heavy speakers, each at 24"x15"x13" and 52 lbs. The seller had original boxes, but they were by no means suitable for shipping. Charlie and his team did an absolutely magnificent job fabricating extra heavy-duty custom boxes and packing the originals into those. The speakers and original boxes made the journey exactly as they left the store. I was so impressed I took pictures and posted them with this Yelp review. Add to this, Charlie and team were wonderful to work with, and the price was more than reasonable. Brittney deserves special mention as she was my first point of contact and reassured me that it wouldn't be any problem whatsoever to ship my speakers. I just recently moved here from California and Ive been here twice. Every time I've been here Charles has been more than helpful. Not to mention it's convenient having all three shipping carriers at one location in addition to all the other services he offers. Prices are beyond reasonable and you don't have to pay for unnecessary markups for the fans service that alot of commercial places will try to charge. I'm shocked to see the reviews about how "nice" Charlie is - Charlie must have forgotten his meds the days I've been in this store because he couldn't have been ruder. I feel so bad for the employees. On more than one occasion, I have seen him treat the employees like garbage. I was very uncomfortable. The next time I went in, he was just rude to me. He has always has such a demeaning tone, and I will NEVER go back. The employees have always been very nice and helpful, but I won't be giving him any more business. read more

I have visited this store several time and they have always been friendly and helpful! Just recently they went above and beyond when I put the wrong shipping labels on my packages.(I was making some returns, used the wrong ez return label). They sent me a letter in the mail alerting me to the mistake. They held the boxes there. I was able to go back to the store and put the correct labels on. If they had sent them out they would have come back to me and I might have missed my return deadline! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
