I stopped in around 3 to pick it up and was told the package was delivered but still in the mail room. I was told just to come back by 5 to pick it up. I was there for 10 min until five, and the clear door was dropped. I saw the two employees in the office, one resting her head on the deck, the other on her phone. I knocked until 5 with three other customers, while they ignored us-no acknowledgment or communication. So incredibly rude of those two employees. Do you want to close early? Is something broken? Fine, I can accept that; please communicate that with the customer in your CUSTOMER FACING ROLE. Mark, who has been working with our team, has been absolutely wonderful. The other two employees should take notes from him.

Always seemed to be open when I stopped in. Large selection of last minute supplies. Easy to find with signs and banners. Cons: When picking up your boxes you have to stop in and request them no phone calls ahead. Then it takes 30 mins to have your items delivered, since they are stored floors below. Each item is charged by weight. Long line can add to wait time... spent some time here. No other options if your shipping directly to the hotel.
