prints were done in a timely manner but the blonde lady up front (think her name was Chareese )was super rude to my wife and myself . I've never had someone roll there eyes at me when I'm doing business with them , also my wife was allergic to dogs and the lady's dog would not stop jumping in her lap. i almost felt like I was bothering this lady by her making rude remarks so we will definitely be looking elsewhere for future printing read more

ProGraphics is always my number one place to get my business cards printed. They have great prices. Their quality is SO much better than Vistaprint and Staples. Their customer service has been nothing but great on several of my occasions when I drop in and on a pinch. 10/10 recommend. read more

I have printed with ProGraphics for awhile and not had problems until within the last couple of months (hence the 2 star not 1 because I know they can be good). My main issue is the customer service. I understand no one is perfect - they were on a time crunch because I sent last minute, etc. but also this was never mentioned as a concern of theirs rather they said they could make it happen. The product was not cut/printed correctly and due to time frame of the project I didn't have time to have it re printed. After emailing about the issue, communication on their end quickly dropped off. I told them I was working and couldn't answer the phone much, but yet Mike only seemed to want to communicate via phone. Not once did they apologize for the issue and after 3 weeks of back and forth being told they would look over everything and get back to me and then continually not getting back to me I finally just gave up. My last correspondence with Mike was via phone (again) Sept. 14th.... He again said he would look over the photos I sent and call me right back. I asked if he could review them while we were on the phone and he said no. He then asked for my address to send me a $125 check (I paid over $800 for the print). Mike never called or emailed back and I have yet to receive the check. It's now Sept. 28..... I don't like writing bad reviews, but this situation shocked me and honestly disappointed me because I've not had issues before. But it felt like something other people should be made aware of. After looking back at past reviews it looks like this isn't the first time customer service has been an issue. It's unfortunate because they usually do decent printing just don't seem to care enough to help when they mess something up. All I wanted was to find out what happened to hopefully avoid it happening again in the future. read more

Some of the nicest people to work with, and the most dependable. I cannot tell you how many times I have called on Pro Graphics to put together a sign for me that I needed the next day, and every time they are on it. My designer of choice is Shannon, and she has saved me in a couple of instances where I didn't even have access to my files from previous jobs... but she did, and made changes and created what we needed. Superstar all the way. Their pricing is fair, their delivery is free, and we have ordered everything from foam board basic signs to banners, to A frame plastic outdoor stands, to pop up vinyl banners. We use ProGraphics on a weekly basis for architectural prints, shop drawings, and other miscellaneous prints. They do a consistently great job and the turnaround time is always quick. As with any print shop, there are errors every now and again, but they really aren't frequent. The customer service and professionalism is horrible at this company. They had made a couple of mistakes with my order and I had spoken with a couple of different individuals when working on my print order. I was quoted a couple of different prices from this company therefore the company was throwing out pricing. This caused an issue when checking out. The manager Mike Crick is the rudest most unprofessional individual I have crossed when dealing with overcoming an issue that his employees had made. He got angry and took out his anger on me which was very startling. I do not recommend their services ever. Do not trust their prices/quality of prints. read more

I needed some signs for my retail display and I got quotes from several different sign companies and they were all very high. I'm a small business and every penny counts. When I was referred to Mike at Pro-Graphics I was thrilled with my experience. Mike was very courteous and professional. He showed me the type of material he would use for my sign and even gave me a sample to take home and see if the size/material is what I needed.
