I totally Jive with this place! Jive is an amazing and fast print studio. I ordered four prints of some Yelp signs on foam board on a Friday night and had them all done on a Tuesday morning. Bryan, my printer contact, was very attentive and communicated constantly via email. When I got the signs, I realized they were all in red, shit, I had only sent him the red versions! I needed four signs, but in different colors; red, black and gold. I emailed Bryan immediately and told him about my mistake. Bryan got back to me within a few minutes and said he could get the new colors done ASAP. On top of that he gave a discount for the new order. My dude! Bryan, saved my butt and was super cool the entire time. Great service and great results. If you need anything printed, Jive is your place! read more

Efficient. Jive is certainly professional and efficient. Unfortunately, it can sometimes be a rarity to experience both of those words but that is never the case with Jive. I have worked with Jive on several occasions that have included mass printing for a very large scale event and also for smaller quantity jobs and they have always provided fair quotes and been ahead of deadline. I also can't give them enough kudos about how well they communicate. They always make sure that they send over updates and revisions and are very clear on pricing and realistic deadlines. In an industry that can be known to over-promise and under-deliver, it's never the case here! Located in Cummins Station, their location is central and you can park in the lot across the street for free to pick up your order. They also offer design and mail services too. Color copies are always 29 cents too! TIP: Email them at print@jivedigital.com with your order request before you call and they can shoot over an accurate quote immediately! read more

Some of the nicest people ever. I didn't actually use their primary services, I just need to print a 2 page boarding pass, and they let me do it for no charge. They were so incredibly nice as well. I saw some recently printed color jobs (menus and posters) sitting on their counter, and they looked incredible! The true definition of a local business that rises above the rest. read more

Jive is the absolute BEST!! Besides the stellar work they do, they are so responsive, professional and all around great. Donna is so on top of it (even when I send her 8 projects in 2 days!!) She always deals with my craziness and produces incredible work. I'm a customer for life! read more

A few years ago, I helped organize a benefit. Jive! donated printing of much of our promotional products, and I was impressed with the product. Fast forward to this week, and I needed some All Access laminates printed for an artist. I remembered the quality of Jive!'s product and decided I'd go to them for the printing. Besides, I am all about supporting LOCAL businesses. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the product... the best laminates I'd had done to date! Seriously impressed with the service, the product and the price. They have a life-long customer in me!! read more

2013/003 Used them at a former workplace and they were fantastic. My boss at the time said that they keep things in archive, for a limited amount of time, so that they can re-print when necessary. Unfortunately my boss gave the wrong name/info and they couldn't find the file. No problem -- uploading the file was easy (they use Dropbox among other ways of uploading). The quote they gave us was slightly different from our last invoice -- it turns out they were using a different ink that they felt stuck better to the paper we were looking into. We were fine with that. And in addition to giving us a quote on the number of pieces we wanted, they gave quotes on how much if we were considering more or less than the initial quantity. That was actually helpful since this was a project that was variable in terms of what was needed. Fast turnaround and was ready before our due date. read more

I had a pretty bad experience trying to get a pretty easy, but last minute print job done. When I came in, the front desk woman was busy helping someone so she yelled at someone in the back to come out. Eventually, this pissed off woman emerged and told me I'd have to wait because she was the only one there, which was weird because after she left, another guy came out who just handed me a bunch of fonts and told me to pick one. When I asked to see more he seemed confused and brought out a designer who was nice and worked with me. At one point, when talking to each person, I wanted to ask, "Are you sureeeee you print invites?" because the whole concept just seem to throw everyone off. At the end--after being told they were out of just about everything but white envelopes--I couldn't even get a rough estimate or rough timeline for when they'd be finished. Instead, the woman at the front desk said she'd email me one, which never came. Called back a day later, and it hadn't even processed. Luckily, I was able to get an both estimate and design nailed down and ordered somewhere else. All it took was an hour. read more

Great work, fast turnaround, well-priced, and very nice staff! My husband and I have used Jive for printing about 5 times in the past year and we have consistently received great quality work! The print quality for large stickers I had made was awful. White lines where they should not have been. Ordered floor graphics for carpet on a boat. Told them this. Stickers would not stick to carpet. Emailed them. They said the didn't know it was for a boat. Said it was my fault. They would do nothing for me. Purchased 4000 stickers got 4000 labels on rolls. Only thing usable in my whole $1200 order was the business cards and a couple signs. That's some expensive business cards. read more

My office has used Jive since I've started there. They are fast and friendly. The best part is they proof my work. There is has been times where my graphic artist has mispelled a word, or i had an extra '0' in my order ording 10,000 posters instead of 1,000 (yikes!). Their rates are competitive. They have free soda's for customers, wi-fi for your last minute projects-- and a design team on site to discuss your ideas with the crew. Its a hip print house that will do anything from posters, invitations, newsletters, stickers, postcards..you think it they'll find a way to make it. read more

The best when it comes to short run printing! Very good quality from a digital press with staff who know what they are doing. Several designers on staff so they understand my printing needs. Always able to meet a short turnaround when I need it! Very competitive (believe they will beat other local quotes), they host AWESOME mixers periodically and have free soft drinks and wifi in the customer area! read more

These guys helped us with our company calendar this year, and did a fantastic job. We called on them after our previous "go-to" printed a sample that looked terrible, and so glad we did! The print was beautiful, but more importantly, employees are all friendly, professional, and FAST. Thanks, Jive! We'll be calling on you again! read more

No hassle and great work! I emailed my illustrator file from out of town and my documents were ready six hours later when I got off my flight. I'm still looking for a place like this in Los Angeles. Reasonable prices and great communication too. read more

As an Event Manager, I travel across North America setting up events and trouble shooting last minute or missing visual solutions - typically I connect with a local printer and Jive was a cold call prior to an event in Nashville. Jive produced a small digital run of handbills and not only did they meet our target with price, they exceeded expectations in quality and delivery. We continued to call on Jive for a number of signage needs throughout our event and because of their print quality and excellence in customer service, they will be my "go to" for all our events in the US. I cannot thank them enough for the fast turnaround(s) to our needs. read more
