Long story short, a package that needed to be sent to Canada went through hell and despite having to pay extra international brokerage fees, it got sent right back to me instead of going to its destination. UPS corporate wasn't being the most helpful over the phone but, when I brought the package to this store, Jim and Irving were able to quickly figure out the situation and made me feel taken care of with sending it back to Canada. They even helped me get refunded for the initial shipping. All of the staff at this location were sweet and gracious people. I'll only be coming to this UPS store from now on. Highly recommend!!

I had a package scheduled for delivery today between 10am and 2pm. I stayed home all day and kept…read moremy phone volume on because it was a valuable package that required signature. At 1:30, I received a notification that the packaged had been delivered with location as "locker." I checked my mail locker and it wasn't there. Nobody tried to contact me and I'm sure my mail locker didn't sign for the package. I went to the UPS brick and mortar location where I was recommended. to call customer service. The customer service agent on the phone told me 2-3 times to check the locker after I had already stated that the package was not in the locker. The customer service agent also said that if the package was not signed for, it should have not been delivered and could not resolve my issue. He also could not tell me why a note for redelivery was not left instead. Now I am frantically trying to locate a valuable, time-sensitive package that was likely delivered to the wrong address and not signed for despite clear messaging from the seller. I will try to avoid using UPS as a shipment carrier in the future.

I never worry about my package delivery or any other service not being taken care of with excellence. 3. The many conveniences that they offer that saved me from problematic situations and missed deadlines: faxing, notary, printing requests via email, which I frequently used for months until I got my own printer. They would have my printouts ready before I even got there. I always felt comfortable with how they handled my confidential information. 4. This is a family-run business with two owners but I'm only familiar with Lisa. Lisa works hard! I've seen her go in during peak seasons outside of store hours to make sure deliveries and such are taken care of. 5. They have the best selection of greeting cards. They really do! I could never resist getting a few while I was there even if I didn't know yet whom I were going to give or send them to. I cried after I went in to let the Lisa know I was moving away. She made me feel so valued and gave me a big hug. She said she would miss me and I knew she meant it.
