I came in to replace my tint and she immediately started trying to convince me not to wait, when I insisted I would her time estimate went from a few hours to 4-1/2 to all day. When I obviously wasn't scared off, even after she snarked "I'm gonna need more than that from you" she then started quoting the top end tint prices in a hurry, and when I corrected her on the number of doors my care had, she snapped that it "didn't matter" and that they charge the same. At this point, I saw where this was going and told her I'd pass since they obviously didn't care about their customers, and I left, noticing that another person from the lobby followed me. The work was great, the experience was easy, and ever since then I knew I'd call him again. Fast forward to my new car: Joe was scheduled to come to my house again on a Saturday, but with bad weather on the way, he actually met me at my workplace instead. He took my car to his shop, left his own truck with me in case I needed to go anywhere, and brought my car back just a couple hours later. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. Joe goes far above and beyond to earn your business. His prices are very competitive, and his warranty is as simple as it gets "call me if you ever have any issues." I clearly asked for the front window tint to match the factory tint and for the windshield to be dark enough to block sunlight and reduce visibility into the vehicle. What I received was much lighter than requested on both the front windows and the windshield. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they refused to redo the work and instead offered 15% off a new job--basically asking me to pay again to correct their mistake. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place if you expect to get what you actually ask and pay for.
