The work was great, the experience was easy, and ever since then I knew I'd call him again. Fast forward to my new car: Joe was scheduled to come to my house again on a Saturday, but with bad weather on the way, he actually met me at my workplace instead. He took my car to his shop, left his own truck with me in case I needed to go anywhere, and brought my car back just a couple hours later. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days.
