I recently signed up for a personal mailbox and the process was smooth and easy! Chloe walked me through the process and even entertained my request for a specific box number. While my initial preference wasn't available, we worked together to choose a box that worked perfectly for me. I don't get a lot of mail but when I do, I feel myself excited to go into the store and say hi to everyone. They're great people providing a great service to our great community!

My dad got approved because he was a vet during a war time era and wow! What a blessing!! We sold his home & found a great place for him that offers a good size apt with a full kitchen, 3 meals a day in their dining room, a mini gym, pool, theatre, library & more!! There's no possible way reviewing that paperwork is $1500 worth of labor; maybe a thorough review might take 30-45 minutes. Let's be generous and assume that someone spent an hour reviewing documents. That's a pretty good hourly rate. Then my father died. So, no refund. I do believe PA is a legit org, but their business model requires you to hope your vet doesn't die anytime soon.

Most of my visits are for Amazon returns, which never take more than a moment or two to process. Service is hit or miss, never bad, but not always the most pleasant. They are helpful and for the most part friendly. Parking can be a bit tough as the spaces in front of the store front are limited, and the entry to the main road it mere feet from the front door, making for a tough time when people are whipping in and out. Overall, a go-to UPS store for me.
