I recently went to Africa and while there I dropped my phone on SAND and my phone just shattered, thankfully I had a screen protector but it still cracked the screen very badly. I have been meaning to have the screen repaired but I didn't have time and my screen just was getting worse where it was to the point that there was a black streak across the screen getting in the way of pictures and videos. I finally brought it in to this shop, the guy there was really nice, did the repair quick and didn't charge any labour tax or nothin! And now my phone looks great and is still working great! While the work done on my phone was high quality, the service was poor. I paid $470 for this service and for the next 3 days they couldn't be reached. I called multiple times and even went to the store during business hours, but they were closed with the lights off at random times throughout the day. That being said, I had no idea when I could come back in to get my phone repaired and it felt as if they had no respect for my time or my busy schedule. I would not recommend this place. I would not recommend this place ever! I took my laptop to be fixed and a months later it had the same problem! I had another company look at it and they said he left a part out! At the same time I took my son's cell phone to get both screens fixed, 1 week later his front screen popped off, took it back to him for him to snap it back together & charge me another $50 then after he so called fixed it, the phone stopped holding a charge & instead of telling me it was a bad battery he said he'd have to charge me again for looking at it!! Batteries plus takes it apart & assesses it for FREE! So the bad news is the owner is just a young kid that doesn't know what he's doing and to top it off he is terrible in customer service! He was rude & disrespectful to me & never offered to take a look at it & fix it right! read more

I had to call several times-He was so accommodating and patient. When he got all my details and asked all the right questions he promptly ordered my parts and was ready to repair my issue.
