He was very dismissive and his response to my issue of wasting my morning waiting for the delivery was "so". He then blamed the store and said he is not able to deliver until 4pm. It's now 5pm and no delivery and no communication from either the driver or their dispatch. This is piss poor customer service and I will not be purchasing anything else from this company due to their delivery service that they utilize. Shameful business practices!!!! I will look into filing a claim to have the delivery fee of $130 reimbursed due to this nightmare.

To "fix" our washer that didn't dispense softener, they came the next day and merely replaced the drawer (that simply slides out in the front) and charged $140 for the 60 second "repair" that required no tools or even skill. I would have gladly paid for the part and slid the new drawer in myself to save $140 if they had made the problem clear when they diagnosed it 2 weeks prior.

I made arrangements with another company and the service technician called the manufacturer and obtained what was needed while in my home for the repair which was covered under the warranty.

This time I purchased a small item and I specifically asked about a 30 day exchange or return policy and was told if there was an issue I can exchange or get store credit if there were ANY issues with the product. That was a lie. The charger I purchased got stuck the first time I tried to use it and they won't honor what they said, a 30 day exchange or credit. It's not an expensive product I don't care about the money it's the principle. Now the sales person is switching up what they said they said. Most of the items are new in package, but they do sell second life items that feature some variety of damage. Nothing glaring, but enough to be noticeable on most of these items. Don't remember much about the sale, but I thought it was a good deal at that time. The Ice maker stopped working within 3 years of sale, and I contacted Alliance through their website. Within a day or so they got back to me and had their service man at my house within 1-2 days after that. They sent me a text when he was on his way, and he showed up on time, was very courteous, and diagnosed this as a bad ice maker, which he ordered. Within 2-3 days the part came to me, and by the next day, they installed it. Granted, this was not too complicated a fix but Alliance is a great company to deal with, and I would buy their warranty any time!
