This company is incredible in so many ways from the product they offer to the operation behind it. is always clean, organize and friendly people working there giving awesome costumer service plus the value and quality of the product is much better then the competition. one of the best this is the pick up order or drive up either you come in to the store or you wait in ur car for not more then 5 minutes just let them know you on your way and that's it. I went to buy a few things. One of which was orange juice. I noticed 2 of the bottles were past their expiration date. One of the bottle expired in December 2025. After checking out, I found someone who "seemed" to be a supervisor. I mentioned there were some items in that part of the store that were out of date. His response, "We are short handed right now so there is nothing we can do." I didn't see his name but the miniature top not on his head was laughable. I wasn't offended as not much offends me. However, after more than 20 years working in customer service, his response was completely WRONG. That store's staffing issues are not the fault of the customers. I hope someone who is above him reads this, writes him up, and demotes him. His attitude and response were wrong. I said nothing else to him as I could see he didn't care. read more

This Target has been here for a while. This has been my to go to when I have needed something. It usually has what you need but after the pandemic the quality overall declined. The store was usually very clean and organized but throughout the years it has become messy and disorganized. It's not Walmart but you wonder. Parker was very nice and funny. Quick on the register without making you feel rushed. The self check out is the thing there which it doesn't work. They have a lot of registers and they totally should use more of them. Return and exchanges have always been easy and non confrontational, just the normal "everything ok". I gotten gift, g. cards, bought things, you name it and if I have any problem I can just go there and they will fix it. Haven't stopped by since my last check in but parking lot lights have been out for a while before that and the winter storm we had. They looked closed and it was a bit of a struggle seeing people walking, safety first. Great target to have near by! read more

If you have been to one Target, then you have been to most of them and this location is your standard Target minus a few of the most modern amenities/adds. Located in Donelson, this Target sits in the middle of a huge shopping plaza along with a variety of eateries and other retailers. Due to its location, parking is beyond plentiful and is never an issue. The store has seen some upgrades to the façade and minor updates to a few areas inside including the addition of a grab and go space. Other than that, the store is still in need of some updates as it is showing its wear a bit. Additionally, this store always seems to be somewhat disorganized to an extent with empty shelves surrounded by full stocking carts, unpriced items and in some cases, poor selection. The other heartbreaking thing about this Target is there is no Starbucks. Overall, I'd live in this Target rather than go to the other big box retailer for one item...while it has it's faults, it is still a Target and I love it! read more

This Target was the closest one to the hotel where I was staying. I loved being in this area because there's a Kohl's nearby, so I definitely got my shopping fix. There is a ton of parking in this plaza. I backed into a spot and went in. I enjoy the groceries section. I got almond beverage. The dairy alternative beverages are excellent here. The selection of snacks is incredible. Oreo pride cookies. Smart Sweets candy. Lily's sugar-free chocolates. I had a tough time deciding what I wanted. I was browsing the frozen foods section. There were egg-wiches. Instead of getting an English muffin or bagel, you got mini egg omelettes as the bread. I bought a box. They were okay, but it would probably taste better making your own than nuking the egg part. I like the toy section, too. There were large Squishmallows and a lot of Star Wars characters. I had never seen an R2-D2 Tamagotchi before, so I snatched the one left to throw me back to the 90's, but better. He's still alive! I saw Grogu luggage. I feel that it was meant for a kid. If it weren't so high in price, I would have bought it for me and my travel needs. I had a nice woman at the checkout. We had a pleasant chat. She asked me how my day was going. She genuinely wanted to know how I was feeling, which was nice. You don't get that. I was on vacation, so everything was wonderful. I paid with a credit card. Most Target folks will tell you to simply skip the screen where you are prompted to enter your phone number. I like how even staff find that screen tedious before you tap your credit or debit card to pay. My payment was processed efficiently after tapping my credit card. She put my goods in a plastic bag. I've called 3 times and the phone rang until it finally cut me off. I know they are busy and hard to get help but this is ridiculous!

Worst target I've ever been to. The shelves are bare more often than not. The last few months there have been pallets of merchandise all over the store blocking shelves and impeding walkways. One of the four self check out lanes has been "broken" for at least a year. You're lucky if two of the other three are open. There may or may not be a human working a lane but mostly you're screwed and waiting no matter when you try to check out or how many items you have. This store is clearly understaffed and not looked after. Corporate should be embarrassed. read more

I never have a problem going into Target and coming out empty handed. When I go in, there is usually a certain something I am looking for. This trip was to look for curtains for our bedroom. I was excited to find out there was a 25% sale on all curtains and bedding. So we were looking for curtains AND new bedding. :) In store, I noticed that the bedding choices are limited so I went online and found a huge selection. The 25% sale applied to online purchases. Yeah! The bedding was ordered and came within a few days. I would totally recommend a quilt/coverlet instead of a comforter especially for the summer. I recommend the Madison Park. I like shopping at Target. Their prices are usually higher than their competition, but I can usually get in and out pretty fast. I passed by this Target a few days ago. I noticed that Yelp didn't have a listing for them. So, I added it along with phone number, address, photo, and hours. I even adjusted the GPS pin right over their store so other people can easily find it using directions. Theirs plenty of parking outside. Their parking lot is shared with other brand name retailers. You can actually shop here and walk to several other stores. Anyway, you can expect to find someone here that is willing to help you unlike their competition. I can always find someone at this Target to help me. Guest Services is located at the front of the store to the left as you walk in. On Scene today: I walked in and got immediate customer service from my visit at this store. I got my receipt and left. I noticed the store was clean and had no outs as they were in stock on just about everything on the shelf. read more

This review is solely for their online pick-up. I have utilized online pickup at other Targets and have been overall pleased with the process (they're super efficient and makes Target even more convenient without needing to spend hours there). I was disappointed to realize my order was wrong (I ordered 2 fruit punch Gatorade energy chews and 1 cool blue flavored) and I ended up getting 3 cool blue ones. While I know they ask you to verify the item is correct, I merely looked at the count and didn't think much of it. I guess the person retrieving the items wasn't as meticulous with detail. (I thought they used some sort of barcode verification technology-- don't they have different UPCs?) I was reserving two of the energy chews for my brother who was running the marathon so he had to be stuck with 2 of the same flavors, lol. I didn't realize until I got back to my hotel that it was wrong-- and I didn't have the energy to go back since I was running a half marathon early the next morning. Lesson- check closely before you leave if your items are correct (especially if they're in multiple quantities and different options). This is the local Target that my husband and I mainly visit, since we live so close by it. I work right around the corner from it, so whenever I finish my shift I always walk over there to look around. It's basically like a typical Target...I always manage to find great deals on food if they have deals happening that are cheaper than prices at Publix, and I sometimes like to pick up video games here too. I deducted 2 stars mainly because of their cafe...it's disgusting! The tables are never cleaned off and there are always flies flying around. There have been a couple of times where I would be sitting in the cafe and my fingers would get bit by mosquitos! They need to have someone wiping down the tables at all times to make sure that it stays clean, but the workers there always stand around looking bored. Not good, Target! I'll still continue to shop here...probably won't be buying food from the cafe anymore. read more

This location is very consistent the chain. You'll find all the same goodies you'll find at virtually every Target in the Nashville area. My qualms with this location (1) the lack of other good, complementing shopping in the immediate area and (2) the traffic flow to get in and out. If you're heading back toward Nashville after your visit, the left turn is a mess and finding the light isn't that easy. I consider myself a Target aficionado, and this Target is just slightly less than par for me. The men's clothing section is smaller than other Targets, and the stock is not always organized very well. It appears that the DVD/Bluray racks are not properly shelved, and the movies don't fit. Very strange. There are also some things in every Target that are the same store to store, and this Target has them located in a completely different area (the small collectibles endcap, for instance). It's easy parking, and it's never really busy. Staff is always polite, but it looks like they need to work on zoning and keeping things stocked. read more

This is by far the smallest Target Store that I have ever visited and I have visited Targets all over the nation. I also live in the SF Bay Area and I have visited several Bay Area Target Stores. This store was clean and there were approx 13 customers and 12 employees ~ seriously.... Each department, from Furniture to Food was miniscule to say the very least. This leads me to believe that the entire city of Nashville is wearing the same make-up, sitting on the exact same furniture and eating the same cereal ~ SUPER BORING!!!!! While there on 10/14/12, the lights went off and the entire store went black and there was complete silence. There was not a weather issue, it was a bright sunny day but I thought that this was just a Southeastern type of fire drill but it was just another day in Nashville....(the most excitement I had during my week long visit). As far as Targets go, this is not a great one. The lady who always works at customer service is the least helpful Target employee I've ever met. I've had bad service from her twice. Target is a place that makes me happy, and this one makes me sad. The lighting, merchandising, and employees all are lackluster. I've always liked this Target but did not have a great experience with creating a registry there. I tried to make my baby registry in store and the lady at customer service just handed me the gun without any conversation or explanation how to use it. No one offered any assistance during the registry and the selection of baby furniture was much smaller than at some other Target stores. My only complaint is that it took me a good half hour before I realized that the AWESOME C9 workout attire boutique is actually downstairs before you even go up the escalator. I, like many women, could spend hours just browsing in Target. I love their home items and decor most of all. Their clothes are hit and miss and some of their make-up is actually more expensive than in other stores. I attempted to use their pharmacy at one point but the hours are ridiculous and the lack of drive-thru was too inconvenient. The main issue I'm having with Target lately is the fact that they are out of at least one, if not more, item on my shopping list every time I go. And I'm not talking about random stuff here. Just everyday household products and such. It's highly annoying. Hope they get their stock issues under control soon or I will have to be done with this location. read more

This target has a marketplace. I find the produce to rot quickly, it has probably been on a truck to reach this final destination and it's shelf life is short. Also the Target bakery items are gross. Think...on a truck and not fresh. I steer clear. Everything else is great. I wish they would enlarge their selection, other Targets in the area carry more. read more
