The seamstress seemed kind and understanding, and the dress was ready on the exact date promised when I first came in. Thank you also for fixing a spot in the fabric that had seemingly snagged/scratched and for steaming the final product! Services were pricy (and had to be paid up front), since the dress was not from the store, but I would consider this Nordstrom Rack again with future alterations needs.

I have popped into this location a handful of times hoping for a miracle or good deal on some shoes, but all I ever leave with is regret for stopping by. First, the service here is always substandard and usually non-existent. It is not because there is not enough staff, it is because the ample staff they have working does not seem concerned with the customers beyond the register. Second, sizing at this store is always out, especially half sizes...and of course, they never have more in the back. I mean, they have a decent variety of shoes, it's just the availability. Outside of the selection, the location is the only other positive for this store.

She found McKay's online and it seemed to be the best place to do that. Wow -- we were not prepared for the massiveness of this super, super busy place! Being our first time and not knowing how it all worked, it didn't take us long to figure out where to go and what to do. There wasn't much of a line when we started. We placed her books in a bin, then waited to be called by a greeter. Our greeter quickly explained the process, gave the daughter a claim ticket, then we waited. In the 40 minutes it took for her claim number to come up on the screen, we were able to walk through most of the sections and pick out a couple things to buy. I was quite surprised to find so many things beyond books -- DVDs, VHS, vinyl records, CDs, cassette tapes, clothing, Pokémon cards, instruments, game consoles, accessories, Legos, toys, comic books, etc. It was seriously amazing. My daughter decided to take her sale in trade which gave her about 50% more to spend. For the books they didn't buy she was given the option to take them back or donate them there. She chose to donate. The husband loves old movies, art and music -- he will absolutely enjoy McKay's. I can't wait to bring him here! The parking lot is as massive, so I don't think there's ever an issue with that.

Reached out to the company through their website, Facebook and instagram was never able to get in contact with anyone to help with the fact that even after that wait, only ONE OF THE TWO SHIRTS was delivered. Packing slip was our complete order but one shirt was missing. These are NOT cheap shirts. We used to love project615 when they were right down the street and had a physical location.
