It's clean enough, but not clean. Staff is okay, but not 'nice.' Selection is good but not great. Very mediocre location in this girls humble opinion. Will definitely come here when in a last minute pinch. I just wish it were a little more organized and clean inside.

Staff members are always helpful without being overbearing, and the sections are pretty organized! As with other Goodwills, they organize most things by size (when available), color, and category. Be sure to look up what colored tags are on sale depending on the day of the week! You can get some pretty amazing half off deals here. I've gotten pieces from labels like Madewell and J Crew among others.

Gotta Love Sprouts!…read more Sprouts is one of my go to places to get healthy and organic foods. They have everything you need from clean supplements to grass fed meats! They have it all. Today I had to grab some coffee, I prefer the Bullet Proof brand because they test free of mold. I couldn't find the coffee aisle so I asked a staff member who seemed to have just showed up for their shift. They were very polite and helped me without them even clocking in yet! The staff is very friendly ! Well I found my coffee anyways and they had several great organic, specialty coffee brands besides bulletproof! Today's sprouts trip was a great success!

I needed to walk off my lunch. I did a search for the closest Five Below store and found this one…read more It's at Nashville West Shopping Center, which is more of a plaza than an enclosed mall. There was lots of parking. I went with a shaded parking spot a bit further way from the main entrance. Every day, except for my first day arriving in Nashville was hot, humid, and excessively muggy. This day was no different. I was looking forward to hibernating in an air-conditioned store. I like that most standalone Five Below stores have sidewalk chalk drawings. This one had a welcome message. It was cute. Some massive bottles of bubble solution greeted me. This year, I have adopted a love for blowing and making bubbles outdoors. I find it enjoyable, relaxing, and fun. Five Below's original business model was to offer items that were $5 and lower. Well, with inflation, things have changed a bit. It's still a cheap place to get decent items, but they can range in price from $30 and below, depending on what you are getting. The $30 applied to a record (vinyl) player. I love Five Below because it has Squishmallows at cheap prices. Roughly a year ago, each one was $5. They are now just shy of $6 each. The price is still pretty good for what you are getting. It seemed weird for me to get a Christmas penguin Squishmallows when it was 34°C outside before factoring the scary humidity. He was so cute that I couldn't resist. He's actually next to me as I type. I came here to check out the auxiliary cables to connect my new Grogu speaker to my phone. This place had a fancy set with different interchangeable tips. I didn't need that craziness! The phone accessories are cool here. I appreciate power banks, especially when I'm out and about as a tourist. It's great to charge your phone while you're having lunch or shopping. This store had many, including ones that were specifically for USB C devices. If you do like Hello Kitty, Pusheen, or Star Wars characters, this store has cool branded items. From decals and notebooks, you can find them at cheap prices. I liked a Grogu mug, but I have so many mugs that I passed on it. This store had a good selection of candy and snacks, too. I tend to get gum here. The price is right. I also ended up getting M&M's lip balm. It's chocolate-flavoured. The blue case drew me to it. There were also Oreo and Skittles one. I went to line up. It had steady business that day. The lineup luckily moved quickly. A friendly man helped cash me out. I used a credit card to pay for my items. The payment machine prompts you to answer a single question about your experience. One question. One answer. I like brief surveys. We wished each other a great day. I left happily with my purchases. I love this store so much. It's deadly when I'm at any Five Below because I can easily spend an hour browsing. It was the case here. Luckily, I had some self-control that I only got a handful of items. (285)

I accidentally left my phone on the counter while paying and walked out for no more than ten…read moreminutes to go to the book store and realized I left my phone and remembered I had left it on the counter of 5 below next to the card scanner . I went back to get it, it was not there. the cashier lady( the manager) looked everywhere behind the counter and said it was nowhere back there and i asked to talk to the guy that checked me out and they said he was on break. Then I walked outside because my friends had my location and it said was outside "15 minutes ago" and when we walked outside we saw the cashier guy and asked him if he saw my phone. He said no and walked back in the store immediately going to the back employee only area but when he was walking away I saw my phone in his pocket and his phone in his hand( the reason I know it was my phone is because my phone case has a little rubber thing covering the charger hole and I know for a fact not a lot of people have that + he had his phone in his hand and I could see my phone case). I told the cashier lady that I saw it in his pocket and she asked if I was sure. After that she went to go talk to him and he had took the phone out of his pocket and hid it somewhere else because the cashier lady said there was nothing in his pocket and the lady came back with no phone and I asked her if she could check the cameras to see if he took it and she went to the back again to go look and all of a sudden my phone popped up and she try to say I left it in the bathroom which I know was a lie because I was just on the phone with my boyfriend while I was in line to pay. I don't know if she try to cover up for him but that was my experience so if you go keep your valuables close.

Worst place I have been in...ever. My wife and I will never go back…read more Worst owner. He was narcissistic, rude, condescending and cruel to customers who simply asked about prices. Vile human being. First. Super dirty feel. Did not feel like the "store" which is filled with junk has ever been swept. All the items are either overpriced, tourist crap (t-shirts, cutting boards, trucker hats.) the book and record selection was absolutely pathetic. Still we wanted to support this business. I didn't dare say anything because of what happened next. I witnessed the most ugly customer service ever in any business we have ever been in. First, another customer, an elderly man asked about book prices, and the owner basically told the man that he was cheap for asking. Then all hell broke loose when another customer bought some items that were clearly labeled as one price (I checked,) and the owner switched up the price on that customer to try to get more money. The owner lied to the customers face and then he got hostile. The customer said they didn't want the item, because the price was clearly marked, and it's the only reason he wanted the item. The owner reacted like he was being attacked...then he started screaming at the top of his lungs, basically calling the customer a liar. Then the owner started yelling profanities and vulgar language at the customer. Basically saying that he was going to "SA" the customer. It was CRAZY! Then, condescendingly, the owner told the customer to put the items back where they got them, and the customer refused. The customer told the owner that he didn't appreciate being called a liar, and the price was clearly marked. After the owner shouted "f- you." Four or five times, the customer, who was on his way out and said "f-you too, you're a liar." That enraged the owner to the extent that he started screaming and every other word was the f-word. Then it was a shouting match, because the customer had enough of the abuse and verbal assault for no reason. All over the owner either mistaking or forgetting the right price. The customer's friend was there and helped the customer walk out as the man was basically calling him a bigoted slur that shocked even people walking by outside. I ran into the couple at the bookstore down the block (Rhino Books,) where they were calming down. They pointed out that, over the years, they have bought over $100 on books, records and souvenirs from that place. At Rhino, the man spent over $500 on books, so they had money to spend that day--the customer was a really nice person who drove two hours to visit the VA in Nashville, and he chose to go to that store to support local businesses. The owner had been screaming at a decorated war veteran who was disabled! The customer was in the right this time. When I left "Cruel Stuff," I saw that the customer was right about the price. I usually only write positive things if I can. I have nothing to positive to say about Cool Stuff and Weird Things, I would call it "Cruel stuff and rude things." This owner was absolutely rude and what he did and said was completely uncalled for--the way that owner treated his customers...and then screaming I waited two days to say anything. I debated about posting this. That customer wanted to help this business out, only to be screamed at, and it was a good thing that customer had his family member with him because that rude owner was about to get violent. I don't care if they sell full-sized, brand new Corvettes for $20, me and my wife will never set foot in this store for as long as I live. Zero stars. Shame on this owner for verbally assaulting customers simply because his store is poorly organized and he doesn't even know his own prices. It's a damned thrift store, and he is so delusional that he thinks people don't barter in thrift stores. That's what is normal.
