The best service today we received was Ulta and Sephora. Aeropostale was meh. The worst: American Girl. American Girl was packed but it was so apparent that Mattel runs the show and not Pleasant Company. They just didn't care about the customer experience at all & only the money coming in. As for the mall, there are some great post-Christmas sales to be had right now. There was a huge variety of stores from furniture to clothes to housewares. This New Balance store is located in a small plaza on Cool Springs Boulevard that also features a Subway, Brown Bag and a few other local services. The store is not large, but it has the basics of what I enjoy about the brand. I have picked up two pair of new kicks from this location over the past few years...my office is right around the corner, so when I am trying to delay hitting the highway due to traffic, I sometimes swing by and that can be dangerous. Service is always solid. I have gotten great service in store, and as well when I called in to see if they had a particular style/size.
