Inventory changes frequently so stop by often. I needed some "bling" shoes for a sneaker ball event. I was able to find the Betsy Johnson bling sneakers for half the price I would have paid at the local department store. I also picked up a couple pair of sandals. The service is very friendly and staff is super helpful with finding shoes. I highly recommend if you are looking for new shoes.

I was told they "couldn't" refund the 2 pairs ($100) to my cc because "you paid with a gift card and credit card on the same transaction. What sort of antiquated software do they use??? I was told to relax. "It's no big deal! You'll still get *some* of your money back to your credit card." Rude employees, absolutely baffling software even they couldn't sort out and had to call a manager elsewhere, 20 minutes trying to make a very simple return on shoes (that, pro-tip, could be found across the parking lot at Nordstrom Rack for the same price and presumably seamless returns)- and now I am stuck with the same amount of credit I had already been trying to spend on something worthwhile for 16 months to no avail. While they have a solid selection of shoes, I prefer their casual/dress shoes to their sneaker selection. I have picked up more loafers and dress shoes from DSW than sneakers for sure. Service at this location is always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue, even with picking up online orders. There may not always be folks available in the moment, but when they are, they are helpful. The store is aging, and could use some TLC throughout the interior and exterior. Parking is plentiful given the location in the shopping plaza. Overall, I am a fan of DSW and this location is convenient for me, so it stays in rotation when I need some new kicks!

They offer both Men's and Women's clothing with an extra focus on denim of all types.
