I spoke with customer service and they were very understanding and helpful and suggested that I go to my local store. I went to the store in Franklin, TN to see if they could help me. That's where I met Lori. She was amazing! I thought it would be a real hassle to handle everything but not with her! She took the time to actually listen to me and calmly and politely straighten everything out. No hassles. I will definitely be shopping there again! Thank you, Lori! By the way, I love my boots and the deal I got on them!

Over the years I have relied on DSW for casual to dress shoes, stopping in when ever a need...or an itch is had. First things first though, when I enter, I immediately scope the clearance section at the back of the store first. If I do not find anything of interest there, then I hit the main aisles. While they have a solid selection of shoes, I prefer their casual/dress shoes to their sneaker selection. I have picked up more loafers and dress shoes from DSW than sneakers for sure. Service at this location is always friendly and helpful. Never had an issue, even with picking up online orders. There may not always be folks available in the moment, but when they are, they are helpful. The store is aging, and could use some TLC throughout the interior and exterior. Parking is plentiful given the location in the shopping plaza. Overall, I am a fan of DSW and this location is convenient for me, so it stays in rotation when I need some new kicks!

They ordered the shoes for me and they were delivered to my house about five days later for no additional charge (or shipping fee). Anytime I am at Opry Mills, I always make time to swing by and wander through Old Navy. I have come to love their athleisure, socks and boxers. On my recent trip in I scooped up a few pair of socks and a pair of athletic joggers. The socks were on a buy one/get one sale, but the joggers were standard price, but still worth it. The store is clean, but can get quite disheveled on occasion, but honestly that is most Old Navy locations, and then you add in the Opry Mills crowds. Service is hit and miss here, especially while on the sales floor, but the cashiers are always friendly and hustling to get folks through the line. Overall, solid Old Navy location!

At the time when I visited, there were a vast number of 50% off sales going on- and who can complain about half off. I will say, there were not as many sales as I had expected to find. The store was, of course, filled with great sales but among the great sales were a multitude of regular priced items. With it being a busy location and a weekend, it was rather busy. It took a good thirty minutes to get through the check out and back out the doors. The line started at the back wall of the store. The store was also a MESS in the back- especially with the clearance. Clothes were thrown astray throughout the floors and it was evident that some serious attention was needed. The staff was trying everything in their power to keep the chaos under control. There was one person manning the dressing rooms, another restocking and greeting in the front, and the rest of the staff was manned at the cash registers. It seemed that more staff may have fixed the issue. I deemed the sales worthy of a long wait in line. With the several items I had managed to find, it was going to be worth the wait to purchase. Perhaps if the line was not so painfully long and the store was better kept, it would be difficult to find many complaints.

I was in the market for some new work pants after my old ones finally wore out after 6 years, so I realized that Chico's was having a sale and had to go in ASAP. Jessica was the woman that helped me, I was able to walk in and tell her exactly what I was looking for, what size I was and what styles I liked and she knew right what to get me. She put me in a dressing room and kept bribing me pants until I found the two pair that were perfect (only tried on 4 pairs to find the perfect 2). I told her I would like two of each pair and I was ready to check out! The shopping experience was so easy, which means a lot to me because I hate shopping and digging through racks, trying to find my size, etc. Chico's makes it easy and offers great quality clothing!
