This place is filled from floor to ceiling, no embellishment, with doors, windows, mantels, hardware, door knobs, lights, handles, cabinets and other items. While majority of the items were aged quite a bit, it did appear that they had some new build doors and such if that is what you are after. Honestly, I think 50% of the inventory is doors of some variety, and I wasn't mad it! It is such a cool space to wander around for a bit. We stopped by looking for antique furniture and while they have a few pieces, that is not what this place is about. Even though we didn't find what we were after, it was cool to wander up and down the hallways and through the maze of rooms scoping out the goods...we really loved some of the windows and lights they have hanging around. Some absolutely beautiful, and pricey, finds that I could see absolutely making a space! The staff was pleasant and friendly, she greeted us when we were walking around and again as we were leaving. Overall, I could see the need and popularity of a place like this, especially when it comes to remodeling, replacing or upgrading a space.

While Apple + Oak is small, it is filled with so many unique finds. They have amazing home decor,…read moregifts, stickers, stationary, and glassware. I was in love with all of the Turkish rugs-- sadly they were out of a college student's budget. lol. The stickers varied from pop culture, tv shows, politics, and local nashville merch. We got two! I was also able to get a birthday card! Their cards and stickers are reasonably priced. I feel like so many shops in nashville all have the same stuff; however, this hand-curated store felt different, as i had not seen many of the products here anywhere else. From the store and store's social media, it is prevalent that their mission is social justice and social change. It was so exciting to visit and support a local business that is supporting is local community. The cashier was friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and modern. We will be back!

My husband and I found this place online because Kacey Musgraves made an appearance/signing to promote Golden Hour. We happened to be in town that day and decided to go. We checked out the store online and my husband said, "It looks like somewhere you would shop!" and it's true! When I walked in there and saw all the cute gift items, cards and kitchenware, I was overwhelmed! This place totally gets me! It's so freaking cute! If you're visiting Nashville, I definitely recommend this store - either before or after you go to Pancake Pantry!

Here is my first impression of Chelsea: we set an appointment from an inquiry I had on FB marketplace. When I showed up, she greeted me warmly as she was finishing up with a family buying furniture. She gave me a tour and didn't pressure me at all. Felt like a warm yet upscale boutique -- It was a bonus that she was transparent and excited to share that she just opened this store. I love the new shop! I didn't see a single piece of furniture that didn't look and feel like luxury. I also appreciate that my house is furnished with unique pieces that aren't found in most retail stores and she's fair with her prices. I would recommend Chelsea Friday to my friends and family. Give this place a chance. I'm very happy with my purchases and will be returning for more to furnish my new home.

Definitely would recommend, it's a good mix of chairs, light fixtures and lamps, mirrors and tables!
