Perhaps that's why I loved their purveyed goods so much? I say ironically because I went to Nashville to experience the local culture but ended up shopping here. Even then, I'm so so happy I did. I found so many amazing & unique pieces! I absolutely love them. They're so unique & original. Although they're not manufactured in TN, I now have a great story to go with them. If you love high end luxury pieces, stop by here. You will not be disappointed!

As a visitor and a Hispanic mother shopping with her children, it was offensive and inconvenient. As a customer you shouldn't have to check in your bag/purse to shop at a shop, especially as a tourist visiting the city of Nashville. I would not recommend this shop to visitors or anyone who wants a welcoming and positive experience. Additionally, the lady behind the counter was unprofessional, callous and rude. The establishment should focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment instead of assuming everyone is a thief! - disappointed visitor

She came across super rude, dismissive, and just straight up disrespectful. Instead of being helpful, she acted annoyed that customers were even there. The whole time, she gave off a strong "mean girl" vibe -- like she was judging everything and everyone. Any question I asked felt like it was inconveniencing her, and her tone was cold and unfriendly. It made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable and awkward. I've never felt so unwelcome in a store before. It's really disappointing because one person's attitude completely ruined what could have been a nice visit. If that's the kind of customer service they allow, I definitely won't be coming back.
