I had such a bad experience at Moda Boutique, and honestly it was entirely because of one employee -- the girl with the brown ponytail. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was off. She came across super rude, dismissive, and just straight up disrespectful. Instead of being helpful, she acted annoyed that customers were even there. The whole time, she gave off a strong "mean girl" vibe -- like she was judging everything and everyone. Any question I asked felt like it was inconveniencing her, and her tone was cold and unfriendly. It made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable and awkward. I've never felt so unwelcome in a store before. It's really disappointing because one person's attitude completely ruined what could have been a nice visit. If that's the kind of customer service they allow, I definitely won't be coming back. read more

Great hip , trendy clothes in a really swanky bustling area in 12 South. Definitely check it out there is an array of clothes & really cool accessories ( jewelry, wallets, purses, etc.). Some items are a little higher end & pricey but worth it because the merchandise is unique. Service is always good too! read more

OMG I wish I could have taken this boutique home with me! I popped in while checking out 12South. I wound up going back maybe an hour later to make a purchase. The owner, Meredith, was awesome! Super friendly and helpful. The stuff there is super cute and while it's a bit pricier, I can appreciate good quality items. I purchased a cute clutch and a ring. I've gotten so many compliments. Highly recommend. read more

My friend and I just left Moda. She wanted to try dress on, got in the dressing room and realized she had a feminine issue and needed to get to the bathroom. I asked to store associate if she could use the bathroom. She said go next door to Frothy Monkey. I explained her dire situation and she said no we don't even have a bathroom in the building. I said where do you go to the bathroom?? She replied next door. I'm not buyin that line. Just be honest and say we have a bathroom, I don't care that her clothes are messed up and she needs a bathroom. I would respect you more. I have shopped here before and bought denim and a jacket and had good service but today was just wrong. From one female to another have sympathy when Aunt Flow shows up unexpectedly. read more

I absolutely love this boutique on 12 South as they have a cool collection of clothing, accessories, jewelry and GREAT greeting cards that will make you laugh out loud. The manager is as sweet and helpful as can be and goes out of her way to find you just what you're looking for. My only complaint and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is they don't have clothing for my size. I am a 12/14/16 and yeah, I'm lucky if I can find anything to fit me, which sucks, to be honest as I LOVE their mix of east and west coast styles. Your size Large does not fit me . So, owners, I'm begging you, please get some clothes for us bigger ladies! You're missing out on a large demographic! In fact, there was a group of girls in there this past Sunday and two of them were very disappointed as they couldn't fit into your clothing...but I digress. Adorable set up that's a mix of classy elegance and country with some farmhouse thrown in. You can get show-stopping jewelry and a camo hat during the same visit . This is not a discount boutique y'all so if you're looking for a $15 blouse, this is NOT your spot. You're paying for the eclectic mix of style and quality that you'll never find at Forever 21 or H&M. But isn't that why you're shopping a boutique in the first place? Come, browse, laugh, and get your credit card ready! read more

MODA Nashville - Women's Clothing Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

I was tying up a shopping trip in the 12 South 'hood when, as I was driving home, saw the new "Moda Boutique" sign and decided to drop by. I think my credit card tried to grow legs and run away right when I walked in, because it knew it was in trouble! It is a great store! Very cozy yet not overcrowded, and the shop owner is super nice and helpful. I tried on several things, but much to my Visa's surprise, and I'm sure relief, I only bought one top. But that was mainly because I was trying to be monetarily responsible for once in my life! I would say this is a moderately to high priced boutique--great dresses, jeans, tops, etc. Casual to dressy casual, it will be one of the stops on my 12 South Shopping Tour for sure! Visa, get ready...! read more

MODA Nashville - Women's Clothing Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

MODA is my favorite boutique in Nashville. The owner, Meredith, has helped me develop my style from my college years through my professional life. She knows how to pair the perfect outfit with your body type. I feel best when I'm wearing her clothes. I first starting shopping at MODA because I fell in love with her jeans. Now I'm an addict - coats, jewelry, tops, candles, jewelry, purses, sunglasses, hats - she carries only the best and the quality matches the price. I still have the first pair of jeans I bought there in 2011! If you're in Nashville, you must go there then grab a coffee next door or stroll 12 South. If you need any recommendations around town, the staff is personable and goes above and beyond. Not only will they tell you which jeans your butt looks best in, they will help you plan which cocktail bar is your best evening stop. read more

Terrible business. Would not provide me with what I ordered and never responded. Ripped me off. Would never use them.

There is a HUGE sale going on so check it out if you read this soon. First off, the boutique owner is a BALLER. Super sweet and helpful and she definitely holds high standards for the clothes she sells. When I walked in, she was on business call trying to correct and shipment order that had come in. The clothes had threading flaws and one piece had a stain. She called up the designer and requested to have replacement items sent. You can rest assured that what you purchase her is in impeccable shape and worth the price you pay. The service here is great, so come for that if nothing more. I would have purchased some things if my cash flow was more forgiving... the boutique is quite pricey. read more

MODA was the first store I went to after moving to Nashville. It's in the trendy 12 South neighborhood, with walkable shopping and restaurants. Now I've been in Nashville a while, it's still almost the only place I shop for clothes, jewelry, and exquisite leather handbags and purse pouches. Firstly, I love the owner, Meredith, because she is awesome and really knows style and how to put an outfit together( check out MODA instagram). But what also stands out to me is that you can buy something with an LA, NYC, or London vibe right along with specialty brand jeans, a popular "Nash" ballcap, local handmade jewelry and Italian bags. MODA is a must-go for visitor or local! read more

I am not often found in this type of stylish boutique. As a fairly low-maintenance semi-slob, I harbor a secret fear that entering such a place will lead to a re-enactment of that scene from Pretty Woman and some fancy sales lady will scorn me. I'd hate to have to do that sad and dejected fashion walk of shame. Given all of that, it was refreshing to visit Moda and have such a pleasant experience. This is a lovely little boutique in 12 South with plenty of droolworthy high-fashion items that could easily make even the likes of me look presentable. In addition to the women's clothing, they have some great accessories and a small section of baby clothes and shoes. The boutique fashions definitely come with a boutique price tag, but there are sale racks to scope out and this is actually the first place I've ever been where the service mellowed my sticker shock enough to make me want to spend my money there. The sales lady was super attentive without being off-putting, and helped us find the right size just by looking at us. She even mended a loose button right on the spot! The dressing room has a large lounge area with comfy seating, just adding to the feeling that you can take your time and there is no rush to buy and get out the door. Overall, a great place to get your style on! read more

I love a boutique when upon entering, I'm greeted by a super friendly, bubbly proprietor. No haughty behavior here. Housed in an old bungalow, Moda is spacious and has lots of fun items, has a great sale area and a nice selection of jewelry. There's even a small selection of locally made baby clothes. It's conveniently located next to Frothy Monkey, so after your shopping spree, pop next door for a coffee drink. read more

MODA is my favorite place to pop into when we visit Nashville! Meredith is always so helpful and sweet!! I love the jewelry and all the accessories. read more

Looking for a great dress or a unique accessory? Moda is the place to go! One of the many things I like about Moda is the wide range in prices and sizes. No matter your budget, no matter your size, you can always find something wonderful. Moda favorite: Dresses! They fit beautifully! (no tailoring needed,...and I get everything tailored!) read more

Moda Boutique has very cute stuff. The owner is a very sweet lady who is very helpful in helping you pick out the best outfit. Prices run high being a boutique. Tops were $50-$90; jeans $150-$200 and dresses $100+. If you are looking for a special outfit this would be a great place to shop. read more

During the pandemic, I ordered a dress that I'd seen on Instagram. The owner helped me figure out the right size and personally delivered it to my door! I get compliments every time wear it. They also carry fabulous, unique jewelry. There's something for everyone. Can't wait to go back! read more

Staff and owner were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't go here again. Staff stated that everything black was 25% off, including the $600 leather MODA jacket I wanted to purchase. When we went to the counter to buy and presented a major flaw in the inner lining, it all of a sudden was 20% off and the owner became defensive. She offered options and I really wanted to get the jacket but her incredibly bad attitude and rudeness made me not buy it in the end. Maybe they had a bad day but that shouldn't reflect on the service they provide - or lack of there of. read more

Super cute boutique. Employees and the owner were very friendly and helpful. Higher end merchandise but worth the visit. Bought a really cute and fancy handbag that I'm in love with. Great brands. read more

I am born and raised in NY and love fashion and on deciding whether or not to move to Nashville, was skeptical I'd find any good places to shop. That is, until I visited MODA and fell in love! The shop is so cute and reminds me of the boutiques in SoHo with lots of cute options for dresses that I loved! They also had a decent sale rack with quite a few items I poured over at a decent, affordable price. The prices ranged from decent to a little pricey, but all within reason. We got to chatting with the owner, who was so awesome and friendly! She also took the time to talk to us about NY and offered us some suggestions on where to go and where to eat in Nashville when we told her it was our first time. She even offered to have us email her if we decide to move to Nashville for advice. The friendly customer service paired with the awesome selection of clothes will definitely have me returning if I make my way back to Music City! read more

This is a sweet little shop right next door to the Frothy Monkey. What struck me about this place was just how clean it was. I'm not saying all the other boutiques in the area are filthy or anything of that nature, but everything has it's place in Moda. It has clean lines. It's more Banana Republic with it's clothes nestled into cozy wall displays, and the white walls. It's certainly different than all the other boutiques in town, where the products are practically hemorrhaging merchandise into the street. But at the same time this is a draw back, because there isn't as much to choose from. This is a very high quality boutique though, so I have no doubt if you're looking for something that's just perfect, you'll find it here. read more

If you are looking for a great boutique - here it is! They carry a great clothing selection - I love the Moussy jeans, and everything Lauren Moshi , but they have a ton of other great brands to choose from too! The jewelry is amazing and the leather bags are unique and gorgeous! If you need a gift or souvenir they carry candles, adorable baby onesies, Nashville hats...You get a warm welcome and help from the owner and staff. read more

The customer service, beautiful interior, and selection make Moda an excellent place to shop. The owner Meredith, couldn't be any kinder, more helpful, or more patient. I'm so glad that I found this boutique when I visited Nashville. read more

Looking for the next amazing piece for your wardrobe? Don't skip this amazing spot. Offering high end lines and unique jewelry handmade by local talent, you're sure to find a gem! Meredith is wonderful and the atmosphere is fun and hip. Anything from an amazing dress for evening to that perfect top can be found- along with high end denim and the purse to set the whole ensemble off. I love the fact that this boutique is located within a house and has a very modern, upscale feel. It's all so edgy. And so worth it. read more

This is a wonderful store. The vibe is mellow, the daylight is refreshing, the choices are fantastic and the prices are AFFORDABLE! Meredith, the owner, has a terrific eye for fashion and brings it in every way. The jeans, tops, dresses and accessories all make you want them. If you don't need to have a "signature" piece but look like a million bucks then MODA is the boutique for you. Don't miss the fantastic jewelry...each look like one-of-a-kind. read more

The cutest little boutique! Very original finds in here for a variety of shoppers. Quality is well worth the price. Meredith and Britt were so wonderful and very engaging. read more

It looks to me like sex appeal comes first and fashion second here, which is kind of funny since the word "moda" means fashion. The dresses, shirts, and skirts here are very flirty, with lots of buches, wavy hems, form-fitting designs, and plunging necklines. Most of the clothes at Moda are dressy-casual, with some more formal items thrown in. I'm pretty sure they only have women's clothes. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, and the store feels very open and not at all overwhelming, while there's still plenty of styles to choose from. Moda is moderately expensive, with $40-$50 tops and dresses around $100. They have a lot of beautiful garments that would appeal to college-age as well as more mature women who like to look good but aren't necessarily trying to make an edgy fashion statement. Most of the clothes at Moda are both visually pleasing and comfortable, which in my opinion is a big plus. Moda also has bags, baby clothes, and jewelry, and they carry some really neat and unusual-looking tees by a designer called M Line. read more

Unique items, good accessories, helpful staff, worth the drive out.
