Service was super nice. Was greeted by the workers and even made conversation with some of them. Sweatshirts are super good quality but over priced ($75 dollars after tax) but you can expect that in Nashville. Shirts were see through and should've been higher quality for the price. Great location for this store but not a whole lot of options. It's expensive & they don't have a lot of sizes for bigger people. Saw a cute sweatshirt & XL was their biggest size. 2XL is my size. This was my 2nd time in this store within 9 months & I did notice that some of their merchandise has changed. They use to carry Brumates, but I didn't see any on this visit. Store employees were friendly & there is a stink of fried chicken in the store from Hottie's next door. I ended up buying this cute pink cup that says NASH on it that you can use for hot & cold drinks. I did notice a sign in there that say if something is too long that they can cut it, just inquire. Its a nice store to stop by & look around. If you don't mind spending a lot of money on Nash souvenir clothes then this may be the store for you!! read more

A touristy clothing store on the strip with "Nash" on just about everything. Colors are very muted which may be poplar I suppose but not my thing as it makes me look very washed out. No one greeted us or asked us if we needed anything. I almost got a shirt for my daughter but couldn't find her size. We did not buy anything. read more

The second I entered the store, I got "mean girl" vibes. I was in the store for probably half an hour..,no one greeted me or asked if I was doing okay. At one point I probably had like 5 items I was carrying that I wanted to try on, i eventually asked if I could just help myself to the dressing room and one of the girls-- without even acknowledging me, just nodded her head. There were some points in time where I was the only customer in the store and I felt like I was invisible. I wanted to purchase a sweatshirt, but decided against it due to the fact that I seemed like an inconvenience and unwanted in this shop. read more

The owner is extremely kind, and always taking care of her team. They cater to all age groups and bring excitement to this town. No only does it have great gear for locals but makes for the best gifts for tourists. I certainly wouldn't give my money to Gigi Gaskins at Hatwrks, especially after seeing her make a mockery of the millions of Jews who were killed in the Holocaust in order to score some cheap political points and spread lies about the vaccination. BEWARE! Spent over $200 and got an Accessory as the young lady called it. It looked like a water bottle so I bought it even though it was almost $40. Looked different and said Nash on it. Well, to my surprise it's just a can holder and leaks all over the place. Since it is an accessory the young lady said," well sir, it is an accessory and as it plainly says on the receipt, it is a FINAL SALE! No refunds, can I help you find anything else." Well needless to say I will never buy anything from this supposedly upscale gift shop! It really isn't all that, it has mediocre sweats and caps for way too high a price! I would rather go to The W Nashville gift shop or the Thompson Hotel and get their branded clothing for less and better quality!! After reading that this 1 of the top 5 places to see in Nashville, I was excited to stop in buy hat. However, after walking upstairs to two young ladies obviously enjoying their own conversation, it felt as if we were not welcomed. I expected (at minimum) a proper greeting. Instead it went radio silent and they seemed as if they could not be bothered. I found cute items but NOTHING about the energy could have convinced me to make a purchase.
