Hit or miss with the quality and sizing here. The return policy is a huge inconvenience because it's easier to return something from a China right now as the store does not issue refunds just exchanges. If you're traveling through town, it's basically impossible to get your money back. I've been trying to find another piece to replace one item I bought that needed ho being way too short. I'm not one to wear things that show half of my butt. For the price point, I expected better quality items. I really like this store and would like to support local but I will not be coming back. The last dress I bought was so cute and transparent. I don't expect that from a dress that costs $80. They said use shape wear and it'll work but it made me look like I have rolls. When I tried to return this, the receipt was somehow lost so they would not take the dress back. Within 7 days, they were evidently unable to pull the purchase from my account. I keep running into issues with the sizing and selection of clothes so haven't been able to find anything that worked to return on previous purchase. The other top I bought for $60 has shrunk after one wash and no longer fits. So many items are way too cropped or transparent. I think the quality here has gone way down. I also purchased a denim skirt with shorts under thinking the shorts would help with the length of the skirt. Because of the return policy, I don't have the option to dispute the transaction from my credit card since I've had to use store credit. read more

Very nice boutique! I loved looking at all the fashions and accessories. Sexy, funky, eclectic and cool rules here. Clothing runs small so be sure to try things on or at least size up. I'm a size 4-6 normally, but here I would be a Large. Most of the clothing was geared toward young, slender bodies so you won't find a lot of evening wear that offers extra coverage. But it's worth a look! The young saleslady was pleasant and cool! A bit overpriced here, but that's normal for a small boutique chain. read more

While in the area I saw lots of women walking around with pink shopping bags, I was determined to investigate. Found out that the bags were from a boutique, so I decided to leave the boyfriend at the bar and go check this place out. Walked in and I was pleasantly surprised, loads of racks, different sizes, fun colors and hip styles. They sell jewelry and shoes. The staff was welcoming and friendly but not pushy. I grabbed a few items and was asked if they could get a fitting room started for me. I ended up getting a cute floral romper that fit like a glove! Wore my off the shoulder romper in a night out in Nashville and I got a ton of compliments. Decent prices and the items appear to be good quality and not cheap. Next time I'm in town I will definitely check them out again. read more

This is one of my favorite "higher end" boutiques. I say higher end because they do carry quality brands and the prices are on the higher end of "normal". They do usually have a rack out full of sale items. Last summer I got the cutest pair of high waisted bathing suit bottoms for $5 and I got a crop top for $12.99! A STEAL! They have pieces that are very on trend, but much different than what you would find at the mall. I think that's what sets this place apart from big retailers. They also keep unique gift items available that I've yet to see anywhere else! The girls are always nice to me and my friends and helpful if you need them to be! They offered to grab me more sizes and encouraged me to get the top I tried on! The only downside is sizing. I consider myself to be a small girl. My bust is 34", my waist 36, and my hips are 38. But I wear a large in most of their pieces and sometimes they're a bit snug. I don't think this is a Blush problem, but a manufacturer problem, as I run into this at multiple boutiques. Awesome selection--I strolled in here expecting to just take a look & couldn't help but buy a few items. I felt like the pieces were unique enough that I couldn't pass them up and walked away with a polka dot cutout jumpsuit, a tie-front cutout floral maxi, and a little polka dot shawl type wrap. I felt like there were tons of different styles and plenty of sizes represented. The staff were friendly but not overly aggressive in assisting you/putting outfits together for you, which often turns me off when shopping alone anyway. Will visit again when I'm in town! read more

Visited this little boutique on our trip to the United States from Australia. My daughter liked a tight black dress, but the long haired blonde assistant was so rude and snooty--wouldn't even show her to a dressing room. Other customers tried to help, but the assistant wouldn't have it. 10 minutes later she whipped clothes out of a disused room and gave an abrupt nod for my tiny 16 yo to enter. Very few shoppers, three assistants milling around the counter or sorting through racks. No offers of assistance. Suspect if your staff had been more engaged you would have made a few sales. My kid is no dummy and decided then and there you wouldn't get a cent of our money. Hard to describe a scornful attitude, but most of us know what it is when we experience it. Completely unimpressed with the service and so contrary to the rest of our experience in the U.S. Went across the road and spent 2k at on boots/shoes instead. Try Frye's. Blush is by far the cutest shopping boutique in Nashville...and maybe even that I've been to!! It's a small/medium sized boutique with a large selection of adorable tops, bottoms, dresses, shoes, accessories and everything in between, all organized by color tones. It was the CMAs weekend so the store was slammed with groups of girls shopping and 2 girls working the store never seemed phased. I never had more than 2 items in my hands before they took my clothes back to a fitting room, while also helping other customers and working the register. Once I was trying things on, they provided honest feedback on whether it fit right or if the color was good for me or not. This is always appreciated! After buying my tops, I ended up leaving to check out the other stores in the area only to come back to buy a pair of shoes and a purse! The best part though was the the shoes didn't have a hole tight enough for my ankle, so one of the gals gave me a tack and a safety pin to poke a hole in the straps when I got back to my hotel room. Talk about going the extra mile. I feel like I tried on half the store and was beyond happy and excited about my purchases. I'd highly recommend Blush to my girlfriends and hope to be back soon!! read more

Loved this cute boutique in Nash! I live in Florida and the clothes here were very Florida style but with a unique and cute twist to what I usually find in the department stores. The full price items were reasonable, and the sale items were a steal! Loved the fancy dressing rooms & the staff was super personable & helpful. Aside from cute clothes this store has fun jewelry, purses, and nicknacks. Also a good store if you need to get a gift for a girl but aren't exactly sure what to get them. They sadly don't have an online store, but they do post new items on their facebook page & you can order items that way. I'll def be doing some more shopping from Blush! read more

I found Blush while I was exploring in the Gulch and fell in love. First of all, the clothes are so cute! They have a little something for everyone -- feminine, bohemian, edgy, etc. The prices are really good for a boutique and I can tell that they are high quality. Maybe I just got lucky, but the clothes at Blush fit me very well (I'm 5'5 and about 145lbs so that doesn't happen all the time) . I felt so comfortable and confident in pretty much everything I put on. The atmosphere is lovely. It's girly and fun with lots of great music playing. The staff is soooooo nice! When I visited, Kendall and Danika helped me and they were simply wonderful. They were beyond friendly and made some really awesome suggestions, never pressuring me to buy anything. I ended up buying a few beautiful pieces and I adore them. I wish I lived in Nashville so I could shop here more often. Unfortunately, I'll have to wait until my next trip to head over there. Stopped here while killing some time between a conference and an evening event - wanted to check out some local Nashville shopping, so Blush = one of my stops. This spot is bo-to-the-ho, if you're picking up what I'm putting down. A lot of Free People and Free People-type duds. Flowy, flowery, colorful... boho. Me? I love boho chic - in my house. On my body, I'm more of a black/grey/dark greens and blues/minimal kinda gal. So I didn't find much for me personally at Blush. That said, the selection is pretty vast if you're inclined to their sort of bent; cute jewelry, shoes, accessories and some awesome fragrances rounded out the offerings. The sales person was super nice and helpful. Price points were variable from sale items to higher end labels/price points. Check it out if this is your cup of tea, ladies! read more

I am totally, completely, 100% in love with Blush boutiques. If I could rate them a 6 out of 5 I would. At first glance, I thought the boutique would be a bit pricy for my tastes, so for a while I primarily stuck to the clearance rack- which features prices totally competitive with some of the discount big name chains. I am fairly tall and slender (5'8 and 115 lbs) and often have trouble finding clothes that I am happy with. The clothing fit so well, and it was so unique, I quickly started receiving compliments, which is new to me and my typically drab, ill fitting wardrobe. I've since graduated to the full priced racks but you wanna know the weird thing? I actually spend less on clothing than I used to. I think I'd rather have one amazingly perfect item than 5 from the mall that just aren't quiet right. To top it all off I love the way this company treats its customers. They are a blast to follow on social media, posting about events, giveaways, outfit ideas and "sip and shop" events featuring wine for all of their "blush babes" and discounts for icon residents. For me, this store has turned shopping from a chore, into a treat. read more

Cute, trendy clothes but they are poorly made (you can tell the material is cheap). Staff was friendly and attentive (but almost everyone in Nashville is). After reading some of the other yelp reviews, I was VERY surprised by the prices (other reviews claimed reasonable prices). Almost everything I picked up was priced at double what I would expect it to cost. Most of the clothes didn't fit right (5'3, 115 petite). I did find a cute BCBG romper on sale for $48 originally priced at $80. If friends asked for Nashville recommendations, this one wouldn't make the list. read more

I was really disappointed in this store. While it was chic and had lots of clothes to pick from, I only found 2 items in a size large. They almost exclusive only had XS, S and M. Even the size Mediums were only about 10 items in the store. As well as the lack in proper sizing for the majority of women and prices beginning in the range of 75$ for a thin t-shirt, the dressing rooms were a disaster. There were like 30 clothing items thrown about the dressing room and in total disarray. It was a horrible shopping experience for me. read more

5 star for customer service, item quality though? Not even close. I have purchased several articles of clothing, which with these price tags, is hundreds of dollars. That's beside the point, I have just never experienced a boutique that across the board, has such cheaply made clothing. I bought a coat there a last month, within the first week, a button fell off, two weeks in, two buttons are off and seams are unraveling. Honestly, it's a store where you have to buy with the understanding that you can't possibly put anything they have through the wash, because this is before I've even risked washing it (in fact id be afraid to even have it dry cleaned, there are zero changes the quality or their clothing can withstand even that!) so buy that $100 sweater, you'll be the best looking in the room, just keep in mind the majority of their things are one time wear. Their stuff is so cute, such a disappointment that the quality is so poor. read more

My experience with Blush has been negative. Not necessarily with this store specifically, I usually shop in Cool Springs. Do not order stuff online. Received the item and it was not as described, it came without an invoice or any instruction as to how to return the item, I was given no info on their return policy, then tried to return it at a local store and they told me to ship it back if I wanted a refund. So frustrating to spend this much effort just returning something. read more
