Wow, what an amazing deal with buying 1 pair of boots and getting 2 pairs free! There are no hidden fees or anything like that, you just have to pay for the most expensive pair out of the 3. I'm surprised by the amazing customer service my mom and I received, I thought that it would be impossible to get any assistance with the amount of customers but they really go out of your way to help you with your needs. This place is so neat! They have a buy one get two free boot deal. It is very very packed. I DO NOT recommend going on a weekend, you should try wed. or thursday. The worker, Will was so beyond helpful and such a sweet, funny guy! He helped us calculate the prices and even helped us find another group of girls that we could go in on the deal with! read more

You can't beat a deal when they offer buy one get two free. I expected the boot prices to be between $150-$300 if they are going to offer a deal like that. These are not cheap built boots either. They have some nice high quality leather boots. So of course my wife would advantage of the two free wheel I bought myself a pair even though I don't wear cowboy boots all that often. Staff was very helpful and friendly. read more

Also know as "Boot Factory Outlet" or colloquially "the buy one get two free place," this is a tourist attraction for anyone looking to find some boots. The sale is always on, so don't let them make you think it's "just for that weekend!" I find the quality of these boots to be pretty decent for the price. The store itself is always PACKED! Be prepared to spend some time navigating through the people just to find some boots. Since it's so busy, popular sizes do move quickly, so it's important to make sure the shelves are mostly stocked when you're looking. Otherwise, it may be worth coming back later. The staff is friendly and attentive - despite being outnumbered by the number of customers! read more

The selection is a little more limited and standard when compared to other locations like boot barn, but if you're looking for a staple style at a good price this is the place to visit. i have mixed feelings. Overall the shopping experience and service were fantastic, I felt very well taken care of, and it was a fun experience for my friends and I. I ended up getting a pair of JB Dillon boots through their famous buy one get two free deal. Although I love the style of the boots (I've gotten multiple compliments each time I wear them), the quality of the leather, or how the leather is treated, is sus. After just one wear, I noticed a strong manure smell leeching out of the leather and the sole. At first I thought I just stepped into something bad, but even after having them cleaned and deodorized, it continues to smell like mix of strong chemicals and manure. These are my first pair of western boots, so I didn't know what to look for in a quality pair. I don't expect these boots to last me that long-- either it'll break down or I won't be able to stand the smell anymore lol. Either way, though, the experience made me feel more confident that I can sport western boots! read more

I took my wife 3 years ago to the Nashville strip for a vacation stopover. As We were walking the strip. We went to a restaurant. And I actually went to a Urinal. And as I looked eye level. I saw a Advertisement sign that said buy one,get two free. And what do you do when your in Nashvile? The Country Music Capital of the World? You buy Boots! And, it turned out we were like 4 Bars away. I walked out with 4 pair of good looking boots. 3 for the wife,and she allowed me to get the other one. I was Impressed with their selection and quality. I would Love to find Boot Country out here in Texas. They have some Amazing deals. I will buy my wife boots almost every Christmas. And that's what I am doing......again.......today. Someone on the plane recommended this place. It's probably a bit of tourist trap and probably a little too crowded, but I found my 4 year old niece some really cute cowboy boots and a pair for my son as an added bonus. The children's boots are much less expensive than the adult boots and they are sooooo cute. read more

Jack (I think this was his name. He told us about his 5 sisters and 5 brothers and he was from Chicago) was AMAZING! Such a nice guy and was helpful in finding us the proper sized boots in styles we liked. We had no idea how a boot is supposed to fit and he was patient in explaining the hell fit vs toe fit and how each material would stretch or not. It was time for some new boots and I was online shopping and saw this buy one get two free sale. I thought it was a gimmick so I drove out to Nashville and passed a bunch of other boot stores because I knew it was located next to Ole Red(I Blake Shelton) and never been to Broadway before so it was an adventurous kinda night. A friend was visiting from out of town and we had a blast. I should've taken my 2 bags w/boots to my car, but we carried them to a couple of bars on our way out and called it a night. Every place was jammed packed even this store. It was hard to find the right fit, but overall I came, I saw, and I conquered. The hardest part of the experience was trying to find other boots that were close to the $299. Which I did, but most were $199, and I'd put it back. Also the main reason for going was to buy some black boots. Plain ol black boots without embroidery or sequins. I ended up getting a pair from the mens section size 7. I love my new boots! They don't come in boxes. Which is fine by me. I do recommend this place. read more

You can smell the leather from outside! It was a busy store but they were properly staffed with very helpful employees. My friend and I went our first day in town to browse and then back another day with others to purchase. Brianna was a huge help both days as she grabbed several extra sizes from the back and helped us whenever needed. I was extremely pleased with how friendly everyone was even in a crazy busy, touristy spot. They have a great deal - buy one, get two pairs free! You pay for the most expensive pair and it can easily be split amongst you and your friends. read more

Boot Country is an appropriate name because they sure do have a lot of boots here! Organized by size rather than style, and grouped by men's, women's, and kids. Admittedly I was a bit disappointed because the boots I loved and would have dropped the cash on were only available in size 6. Sad face. But with a deal like buy one get two free you can't beat it! If I had known about this deal beforehand I would have brought 2 friends with me to pool our resources and all walk out with a sweet pair of cowboy boots. But as it stood, I didn't love three pairs in my size enough to pony up the dough for them. But I'm very picky when it comes to shoes so that's my fault more than theirs. The prices per pair are comparable with all the other shops on the strip here ($150-350) but that two free deal really makes them the winners in my book. Great, friendly staff too! Next time I'll be sure to to get my crew together for a little shoe shopping on the cheap! read more

Good experience here! It was first place we walked in and figured other places would be better if we just bought one pair. WRONG! The other places were around same price or a little less but with "get 2 free" this was THE place! I got my snake skins and GF got 2 pairs. The help was very nice and helpful with sizing, etc. We live in CT so had them shipped ($30) but saved on sales tax ($39) so came $9 ahead and didn't have to lug them to airport. They arrived 3 days later professionally packed and shipped. 2 thumbs up, I mean 5 stars! read more

Third time here... made a purchase 2 of the 3 times! My first time I was overwhelmed with the selection so I didn't really want to look so I left disappointed that I hadn't bought boots. This wad my first trip to Nashville. Trip 2...i bought myself 3 pairs of boots and 2 belts and went back and bought 3 more pairs of children's boots for my nephew and niece. "Buy 1, Get 2 Free." That's what the big boot out front says. But you know what they say ... "if it's too good to be true ..." The reality is this gimmick is a scam. You're not getting 2 pairs for free. You're paying for all 3. Why? Because they charge you 3 times the retail price for one pair of boots. History

Established in 2005.

Boot Country opened October 1, 2005. It is the second location of our flagship store Rick's Ranchwear opened for business on May, 20 1978 in Youngstown, Ohio. At only 23 years of age, Rick Blase took a leap of faith and opened the store with only 72 pair of boots and 500 empty boxes so as to make it look like he had more inventory. As time went on he expanded his boot inventory and began selling western apparel. Every customer who entered his store received the ultimate experience through an unbelievable selection of boots, friendly, helpful staff and outstanding customer service with an unbelievable offer. Word spread and the rest is history. He has since opened stores in Orlando, FL and Pigeon Forge, TN. Regardless of the location you will find thousands and thousands of boots on display and in stock; all of which are Buy One Pair, Get Two Pair FREE. By the way, Rick no longer stocks empty boxes and his philosophy has not changed, the customer still remains first and foremost.

What had prior to 2021 been the abandoned Nashville Convention Center is now a modern mixed use development that has brought life into Broadway west of the "Honkey Tonk Highway" stretch. It features a shopping mall, Assembly Food Hall, a retail scape fronting Broadway, The Place at Fifth, the National Museum of African American Music, and the towering landmark 501 Commerce Street Building. It has brought an Apple Store, Sephora, Shake Shack, Hattie B's, Prince's Chicken, and more to Broadway. On my vacation, I had caught it's act several times. The one sight that always stood out was the consistent long line to Hattie B's. My visits here included Assembly Food Hall, Prince's Fried Chicken, the Twelve Thirty Club, visit the Apple Store, and walk around. My impression was that the stores and restaurants are reasonably priced. Although the restaurants and stores provide decent value, to me the greatest value here was the photo opportunities. The focal point of the development, the L-shaped mall which bridges Broadway with Rep. John Lewis Way gives the gift of a prime photo spot for the 1) Ryman Auditorium where the original Grand Ol Opry performed and 2) Bridgestone Arena. The restaurants, especially in the Assembly Hall provide an opportunity to photograph food. I recommend the Assembly Food Hall Bridge to photograp the historic Ryman Auditorium. Additionally , I learned that if I stood on Broadway by the Bridgestone Arena, that Fifth Plus Broadway made a dynamic photo showing modern and historic Broadway, with the modern Fifth Plus Broadway architecture including towers contrasting with the historic Honkey Tonk Highway streetscape. As far as safety, I felt safe. The one annoyance that I saw were street hustlers at the Rep. John Lewis Way entrance aggressively bothering passer-by. During all of my visits here it was busy. There is a safety in numbers. On the subject of safety, the hot and humid summers need to be taken into account. On a few occasions we had escaped the excruciating heat in the air conditioned Assembly Food Hall for a couple of hours. I rate Fifth Plus Broadway "Four Stars." It is doing a remarkable job extending the lively Broadway restaurant and entertainment scene beyond the western edge of the Honkey Tonk Highway.

I keep running into issues with the sizing and selection of clothes so haven't been able to find anything that worked to return on previous purchase. The other top I bought for $60 has shrunk after one wash and no longer fits. So many items are way too cropped or transparent. I think the quality here has gone way down. I also purchased a denim skirt with shorts under thinking the shorts would help with the length of the skirt. Because of the return policy, I don't have the option to dispute the transaction from my credit card since I've had to use store credit.

I was then guided by this incredible person to a 3-way mirror to "experience the magic" that they were seeing. WOW!! It was like it was made for me. I felt like a bride because we were both just so amazed how perfect it was. This is the kind of magic you see someone with the star power of like Brandi Carlile wearing at the Grammy's. Super high quality but completely affordable and with a tailored fit. So affordable I also got my husband a really nice western shirt. Everyone in the shop was just so friendly and helpful. They also gave me this really cool flashlight so I could remember the shop's name. (Like I'd ever forget.) Wore it walking around the hotel and people stopped me to admire it. I really felt like Julia Roberts walking into the Regent Beverly Wilshire after finally having a successful shopping experience on Rodeo Drive. You have to stop in here if you're in the area. You just do not know what kind of magical find is waiting for you. I know this will always be my first stop anytime I'm back in Nashville.

Now specific small or large sizes may be hard to find everything that you like but there is a lot of boots to choose from. After an hour and a half of shopping, feeling, and trying on about 15 different boots I had it narrowed down to seven pairs. It took another 30 mins to get down to four pair. One black Ostrich Leg; one medium-brown python, one chocolate Cayman belly, and one light brown Goat skin. The first three pair were $499 each so walked out with $1,497 in boots for just $499. The 4th pair was 40% off. YOU CANNOT BEAT THIS DEAL. Salespersons were friendly, helpful, and even called to the other store in downtown Nashville for sizes on boot styles they didn't have at this location. And the final reason the 'Boot Factory Outlet' is such a great deal is they will ship, directly to your home, for FREE! Thats right, Free. Saves you from packing all those new boots in the suitcase.

She immediately said "$40" and that there would be a 30% discount off of that price. I said "ok, I'll buy it". As soon as I said that she grabs the hat from me and goes back to the shelf where I found it and acts as if she's looking for the tag. She then says "oh, the Cowboy Cool hat as are higher so this one is $60 and you'll receive a 30% discount off of that price. I was skeptical of that entire exchange and felt like she was lying, but I really liked the hat and was in a hurry to check out so I could get on the road back home. Once home, I decided to look online to see what the actual cost of the hat was and saw that it was on the Cowboy Cool website for only $25!!! The NERVE of this store taking advantage of tourists in such predatory fashion.
