When I tried to return this, the receipt was somehow lost so they would not take the dress back. Within 7 days, they were evidently unable to pull the purchase from my account. I keep running into issues with the sizing and selection of clothes so haven't been able to find anything that worked to return on previous purchase. The other top I bought for $60 has shrunk after one wash and no longer fits. So many items are way too cropped or transparent. I think the quality here has gone way down. I also purchased a denim skirt with shorts under thinking the shorts would help with the length of the skirt. Because of the return policy, I don't have the option to dispute the transaction from my credit card since I've had to use store credit.

Boots are nice but definitely not nice enough to endure such poor customer service. I don't understand their business model as anyone who can afford to shop there expects a minimal level of customer service and will happily spend their money elsewhere. Instead you get a bunch of lazy and snobbish employees who couldn't themselves afford a pair of Lucchese boots yet treat customers beneath them. Based on the number of reviews RE the poor customer service, it seems like a deliberate top down strategy and a serious managerial problem. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Great selection of high quality boots for men and women, but the real story here is the service. First, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and important and take ample time with each customer. When the boots we wanted weren't in stock in our size, they immediately called the warehouse, confirmed that they were available, and picked them up to have them on hand the next day. And they set aside another pair of "I need to think about these" boots so that I could take 24 hours to decide. When we came back the next day, we were treated as old friends, and when we realised an hour or so later that we had left a jacket at the store, Gabe volunteered to take the subway to meet us and hand deliver it, rather than have us burn an hour trying to get back to the store. If you're in the market for quality and a personal experience, this is where you want to go. read more

I stomped in here straight from Austin, TX looking to replace my vintage purple/grey boots. I managed to find some beautiful old black lizard-skins and had a good time haggling with Paul over the consignment price. Then he buffed and polished both my pairs of boots just to be kind, took my old dogs in for some rubberizing on the heels and soles so I can take them hiking (only $85; he sends them to a special cobbler who knows what they're doing), and when I came in later with a crack in my new blackies (I put my feet through a lot) he fixed them up straightaway. He, Jaylin, and Gabe are amazing. Jaylin even recommended me to my new favourite dining spot where I made more good friends. I only wish the capital of Texas had boots in any way comparable to the selection found here. read more

If you want the best boots in Nashville, head to planet cowboy! I was looking to treat myself to a new pair of boots and I'm so glad I landed here! Jaylin was so helpful and I am obsessed with my new boots. They're still my go-to pair & the most comfortable. I even learned a little about the boot-making process while trying on several pairs. All are handmade and her motto is "fewer better" so it really feels like a luxury product. Skip the Broadway scene and opt for planet cowboy if you know what's good for you. parking was a breeze and there are lots of other cute shops nearby. You could pick up some jeans from Imogene and Willie right down the street to go with your boots. ;) read more

I have never worn cowboy boots before, but I am glad I got my first pair here. They are very stylish and quite comfortable. I plan to wear them with suits to work as well as in casual settings. There are more traditional styles like the kind my husband bought, some with a bit more flair (lots of sparkles) and color, and some with a bit of whimsy and/or edge. In particular I was tempted by a pair of baby pink vinyl boots with large tulips along the sides and another pair of teal boots with Elvis style lightning bolts, both of which were on sale. Unfortunately they didn't have my perfect size and I was a little worried if they would stretch enough so I passed. But I'll definitely make a beeline here first for browsing during my next visit to Nashville!

After an hour and a half of shopping, feeling, and trying on about 15 different boots I had it narrowed down to seven pairs. It took another 30 mins to get down to four pair. One black Ostrich Leg; one medium-brown python, one chocolate Cayman belly, and one light brown Goat skin. The first three pair were $499 each so walked out with $1,497 in boots for just $499. The 4th pair was 40% off. YOU CANNOT BEAT THIS DEAL. Salespersons were friendly, helpful, and even called to the other store in downtown Nashville for sizes on boot styles they didn't have at this location.
