Rustler Hat Co. delivered next level hospitality and a truly genuine Nashville experience. I went in completely unsure of what I wanted, but the stylists were incredible--they guided me through the whole process and created something I absolutely love. From the moment we walked in, we felt like part of their family. The atmosphere was welcoming, fun, and authentic, and having beer included with the purchase of a hat was the perfect touch. Definitely book an appointment ahead of time because it fills up fast--you do not want to miss out. Bottom line: this hat bar is a MUST DO in Nashville read more

This place is so cool. We were greeted and then we walked around having to actually ask how it worked. After we did, we were guided by two sales women which also made our hats. The selections were nice ranging from around $100-$1000. We both got the maroon hats to match and then picked out different trinkets for our hats. I put a peacock feather on mine with my name branded on it as well as my puppy's birthday in roman numerals. We had a beer while we sat and watched our hats being made. The experience was awesome and the people were too. read more

Such a great experience! I booked an appointment for myself at the hat bar and John guided me through every step of the way. I've wanted to do this for a long time and it was so worth it! Really cool experience, great service, kind of like making friends at a bar without the beer. Except there is beer. Tons of options in color, shape, and accents and I walked away really happy with my hat! Highly recommend! read more

I probably should've left this review two weeks ago when I first bought this hat, but honestly, I'm glad I waited. I've received nonstop compliments every time I wear it. People love the design, the quality, and even the small details; it's truly well made. I waited about a year before finally purchasing one, and it was absolutely worth it. I already can't wait to go back for another. I was originally thinking pink, but now I'm leaning toward brown so I can wear it more often. This hat is 100% worth the price; you truly get what you pay for. I genuinely look for reasons to wear it. That said, what really stood out to me, beyond the hats themselves, was the customer service. Rustler has clearly made a name for themselves, and if you're a "hat person," you know the value of one of their hats. It's definitely a keepsake. But the service was phenomenal. I've honestly never experienced customer service like this before. They don't push you to buy anything; they simply make thoughtful suggestions and emphasize that it's your hat and you should love it. That approach was refreshing and made the experience feel personal and genuine. Shoutout to Lauren for making my hat feel so special and magical. She stepped in when I was completely stuck, helped me narrow things down, and hyped me up when an idea finally clicked. Her energy and eye for detail made the whole experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back to her when I build my next one. I'll be honest...the website can be a little misleading, as there are many more charms and customization options available in person. However, those additions are reasonably priced, and the cost truly reflects the quality of the materials. Overall, it's an investment I would happily make again. read more

We were in Nashville visiting and wanted and an authentic souvenir. Ran across the wrestler hat company. They had a great selection of hats. Two based style hats, and multiple of the higher end hats. I think as far as hats go it was a good price. The most fun of the whole experience was customizing your hat. Our guide to customization was Tre. He was awesome, funny and helpful and had lots of ideas in not only the band, the hat, the sizing, the color and all of the options. If you're ever in town, you should definitely give the wrestler hat company a call. There are lots of fun and ask for Tre read more

Creating a personalized hat was a memorable experience. The team was very patient, kind and gave guidance without pressure. They would ask me questions that helped me make decisions so that I would be happy with the final product. Lo was my stylist and she was amazing, highly experienced and very good at her job. I wanted a classic cattleman cowboy hat that fit me. Lo made adjustments so that the crown was not too tall, reduced the brim to achieve a good scale for my size and sloped the brim to compliment my face shape. This experience was amazing. Highly recommend read more

It was so much fun putting together a lovely hat with Julie. Shop is really beautiful. They have a few price levels to choose from depending on fabrics, durability, styles and accessories. In my opinion, you can get a beautiful customized hat for around $250-$300 which isn't much more than many off the rack hats and these are so much better! read more

I was in town for the CMA Awards and was recommended this place by a local I was working with. I came in on a Saturday around 1pm and the store was already crowded. A greeter added me to the waitlist so my fiancè and I went to pass time at an ice cream shop near by. I came back about an hour later and was told there were about 5 more people in front of me. About 20 minutes later, the greeter checked back in on me and told me it was my turn! The stylist approached me and gave me the rundown of the process. There are different price options and I opted for what they call the "starter hat" the others go up in price so I thought this would be the best first hat to go with. I picked the hat I wanted then she proceeded to fit me for my size. She told me that there was a short wait for a spot and offered me a drink which added to the cool experience! I browsed around for some accessories then sat down when a spot opened up. I told her what accessories I wanted and tried them on till I found which ones I liked. She then burned the letters and characters I wanted which was really cool to see. We finished with bending my hat the way I wanted and finished up. Overall, the staff here is amazing and gave me an amazing custom hat making experience. I would recommend making an appointment on their website before hand if you don't want to wait 1-2 hours but it's awesome that they accept walk-ins especially since I was leaving back home that afternoon. Thank you to the kind staff for making my last activity in Nashville amazing! read more

I wish they would post their hats and prices on their site because you have to pay $75 just to make an appointment and it's non-refundable. We ended up going to Rancher Hat Bar had WAY more accessory options and paid less than half the price read more
