Can't speak for others experience with JAW shoe repair but mine wasn't bad. My recommendations to owner would be to organize and clean the front of the store to make it more customer friendly and treat customers items with more care. Lots of shoes just thrown everywhere gives a bad image to people trying to repair/care for their shoes. Attention to customer service could be used as well. A simple "welcome to my store" or "thank you for your service come again" would be nice. Also, revisit pricing to see if your in line with other companies. 34 bucks for two new rubber heels seem a bit high but then again I don't own a shoe repair shop. Overall, I would recommend giving these guys a shot. Hopefully, they will listen to constructive criticism because being one of the only shoe repairs in town they could easily become the go-to place.

Cool Springs Upholstery did a great job with replacing the broken webbing on our outdoor patio…read moresofa. The sofa is in great condition with the exception of the webbing on the seat cushion frame. CSU was able to replace the old plastic webbing with much stronger woven fabric similar to auto seat belt material for a very strong and effective repair. The service was quick and friendly.
